El lugar en general es muy lindo, está limpio y la atención del personal fue excepcional, la comida también de muy buen nivel. Sin embargo nuestra habitación estaba sin aire acondicionado, por lo tanto era irrespirable de día, y mucho frío de Noche. No tenía aislamiento acústico hasta la música del pueblo cercano e inclusive las conversaciones de otras habitaciones se escuchaban. Al ser un domo la luz entra desde el amanecer. Por tanto no es un lugar para descansar, ni para estar tranquilo de noche, ni tampoco de madrugada.

To be honest- our entire stay revolved around the food at this hotel. We couldn’t wait to go back down to the restaurant each day and taste something new. I have never eaten at a restaurant five times in a row and everything I ordered was perfection. It was really the highlight of our stay. They upgraded us to a room that had a private hot tub— this was sooooooo nice. All we did was soak in the hot tub, relax and eat. The town of Guatape itself was underwhelming— but our stay at the hotel made up for it!

The best retreat i’ve ever had! It’s absolutely mind blowing, such attention to details, everything you might need is already taken care of. For example a heated mattress in the room in case it gets cold at night, an umbrella in case it rains. At night they light up a bonfire to roast marshmallows! The infinity pool is of a perfect temperature and the views are stunning. The breakfast that you can order to your room is beautifully presented. I can’t say enough, we fully recharged and so grateful for this experience!

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately there was a concert in the center of town that went until 3 AM. Impossible to enjoy the tranquility of this hotel with that going on. Make sure there are no events planned in the city. There was also no hot water. Glamping expectations aside, there were certain details (like hot water, unpleasant smells in bathroom, etc.) that one exoects to be addressed for this price point. But overall we would definitely return.

Enjoyed my overall stay at the hotel. Great customer service all around. However, we did experience a few issues but the hotel recovered well. Our jacuzzi did not function well in the evening. The other issue I experienced was concerning. Our bellman left one of our bags next to our car for about an hour. We found the bag next to the car, but luckily the bag was not taken nor was anything missing.

The view is beautiful, the food is good the menu a bit limited. The cube has no heat the front part is open and even though the bed has a heater in it it gets very cold. First day there dogs were barking and could not sleep I called several times they told me they were not in there property. But did that matter? They did not clean the cube every day. It is good for two days at the most we stayed 4 not good

Undoubtedly the forest and its views is what makes Bosko a magical place, as well as the fact of being immersed in a native forest, we are surrounded by different species, such as dogs that can make noise at night, this is something that is beyond our control.Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, we explain at check-in and in the logbook provided, that we do daily cleaning under guest's request since for privacy reasons we don't enter the rooms without the guest's permission.We appreciate your comments and we will analyze what we can do to improve every day. Tuvimos la oportunidad de quedarnos en este maravilloso lugar del 8-9 de Noviembre. Ha sido una de las experiencias más maravillosas que he vivido. Desde que haces la reservación te contestan todo lo que necesitas saber a tiempo y con mucha amabilidad. Desde que llegas te reciben con una exquisita bebida y una masaje en tus manos. El area de cuarto (mushroom) es un homenaje a la creatividad en combinación con la naturaleza sin afectar el tiempo entorno. El área de la piscina está aclimatada. La vista es maravillosa. El servicio no tiene comparación. Me gusta viajar y nunca había recibido un trato similar. Solicité una decoración por mi cumpleaños y una cena romántica. A pesar de la lluvia fueron puntuales en la entrega y ni hablar de lo delicioso de la comida. Hicimos una reservación para un tour en lancha y el operador contratado fue puntual y extremadamente amable. Solo tuvimos un pequeñísimo inconveniente, pero normal bajo situaciones de lluvia. Lo comunicamos a la administradora quien inmediatamente tomó acción y no solo eso, no nos cobraron nada de lo antes mencionado: la decoración, la cena, el tour, y nos invitaron el almuerzo. Eso es servicio. Tuve la mejor experiencia de cumpleaños de mi vida. Gracias Bosko por tanto. Les deseo desde Puerto Rico el mejor de los éxitos y espero volver pronto. Madelyn y Ebed🇵🇷

Truly a beautiful glamping experience! Rooms and views are wonderful. The pool area has such an amazing view. I just wish they had some light by the trails, it’s pitch black at night walking to and from the rooms. Add every service to your package! It’s all an amazing experience!

Great stay! The overall stay was amazing. The location is what makes this place great. The rigid tents are amazing and make you feel immersive in nature. nos fue excelente. creo que un area de oportunidad es que el A/C también provea calefacción porque cuando se levanta uno de la cama se siente el cambio por salir del colchón que si cuenta con calefacción.
