Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy, two-story home is perfect for your next mountain getaway with the whole family. Step through the front door and find yourself in the main-level great room that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area for six, and a comfortable living area with a wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen TV all ready for entertaining. Downstairs, kids of all ages will delight in the fun-filled game room complete with a full-size pool table, puzzles, books, games, and playsets. And outside, enjoy the view from your furnished balcony, dine al fresco with the help of the gas grill, or slip into your private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. For sleeping options, discover four cozy bedrooms on both levels of this home including a main suite with private balcony access, a kid-friendly bunkroom, and a ground-floor bedroom with a queen bed and desk and chair to set up your laptop for remote work or schooling. A Pack 'n Play is available for those traveling with little ones.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our multi generational family stayed here for two nights. The home was clean, spacious, had comfortable beds. It had a well equipped kitchen, which included great coffee and spices and plenty of pots and pans. Our 3 year old loved the toys in the 2 playrooms / bedrooms and our teenager enjoyed playing pool. We went swimming in the heated community pool and played golf!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very convenient for the family and our gathering. With the length of our stay, and the number of us there, should be more than 1/2 of a small garbage can for us to use.

Everything about the property was as described. Our stay was very pleasant. This property was big enough for 10 adults, only items that can be improved upon will be 4 bunk beds. Also keep in mind you have to pay 46$ for each car to park.

This rental worked very well for our family day trips into Yosemite. Its a large home with reasonable furnishings, cooking utensils, plenty of games and puzzles for all ages, and could be a wonderful base for a multi-gen family vacation. Pine Mountain Lake is a mountain community with lots of owner rentals available. Its a fairly dense and vertical community with lots of steep parcels and roads. Actual access to the lake is not easy though. Limited parking is available for guests at the marina beach and while cars are not supposed to park on the steep road outside the beach area, they do and really there's no place to walk from the car to the beach, no sidewalks, etc. Its OK, but we decided not worth the effort to use. We toured the golf course and Horse camp and both were lovely. We did not use restaurants within the PML community. Access in and out of the main entrance was easy and friendly and we enjoyed restaurants in Groveland; the Mexican restaurant and the grocery store are both excellent. We ordered sandwiches to take into the NP at the store. I'd come to PML again for a useful gateway to Yosemite and this house worked well.

We’ve stayed in several VRBOs previously but this one stands out! It was beautiful and clean throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for meal prep and cooking. The pool table and hot tub were wonderful entertainment options. The house is stocked with games, puzzles, books and a variety of tv app options. The only hiccup in our stay was the numerical door lock. We had no trouble using it to access the property but the next day we couldn’t get back in. The property management company is easy to reach via phone call or text and we got the issue resolved in a few minutes. Thank you for letting us use your home for our spring break trip. It was amazing

This spacious house was perfect for me and my family. Thanks to this property, we found a new must have for family travel, which is a game room. There are plenty of places to sleep so our kids could have their own space, a hot tub, and spacious playroom. Located in Groveland which is a really approachable, well-appointed town just outside of Yosemite.

This was an excellent mountain vacation and jumping off point for exploring Yosemite. The house was comfortable, clean, and set up well for adults and kids. The downstairs play room was wonderful for the kids. We would definitely come back here again.
