« Staff was great, bed and pillows are not comfortable, the place is in need of updates but it was clean. »

« Location to SDC and transportation excellent. Kitchen plates and silverware, soap and sponge to wash dishes. There is microwave and toaster. No hair dryer. Our refrigerator was frozen but they came right away thawed it and cleaned up. Very kind and helpful. Staff on sight to help. »

« We’ve been on the road across the U.S. for the past 14 days, staying in all kinds of motels and inns, and unfortunately, the Crestview Inn in Branson may be the most disappointing place we stayed at. « Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children. »

« The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!! »

« We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional. »

« Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again. »

« Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors. »
