Staff at front desk was awesome! We forgot an item in the room and they called us immediately before we left the area. We retrieved our item successfully and proceeded home with all our belongings. I will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Greer SC.

This motel was close to many good restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast was very good and the people there were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean.

Had only one issue. Was in third floor room and cutains at window did not close. Im reffering to the heavy curtains. There was a feeling of no privacy.

Assigned a queen room when reserved a king room. Had to wait a while at the desk for someone to come out and help get our room switched. There were some particles around the toilet used one of their White washcloth and wet it and put it on the floor and it was filthy. The bed frame that made a noise that sounded like an explosion outside. The noise kept happening because The frame was made out of some type of metal and when you push down on the bed it made a reverberating sound. Front desk manager Responded about the problems by accusations of cussing out employee last night. This was not true! The manager on duty was disrespectful she just kept talking over and would not listen. For example, ignored complaints and just Helped guest who walked up after while still standing there. Never stay at this hotel and recommend that no one else stay at this hotel.

The recommended place to stay
Our time spent there was very enjoyable. In an area that had many choices of restaurants. Our room was clean, bed comfortable but the most outstanding aspect was the service. Kassandra greeted us at the front desk with a welcome and a smile. She was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Suggested a local restaurant, which we went to and had an enjoyable evening. The continental breakfast experience was very good. Michele was the attendant and did a great job. Spoke to her briefly and she was pleasant. She kept the area clean and made sure the breakfast section was constantly well stocked. When in the area, we will stay there again.

Great stay in Greer
Room was great! Very clean. Bathroom was great as well. Breakfast was more than adequate. In an excellent location for food and shopping. Close to North Greenville University, which is where our event was located. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend you do as well.

Summary Very basic for the price. It was clean which is always important. However overall it is very subpar for what you get vs what others offer. Would readily book elsewhere for the price, but if I was in a pinch I’d take it. Cons far out way the pros. Pros -Quiet. -Noise didn’t travel in the room. -Water pressure was decent. -Water was hot. -Ample towels. Cons -The floors in the rooms are linoleum/tile, and the problem is the cleaning staff typically uses a very strong floral scent of cleaner. It gave me such a headache! Hard to sleep -Not enough parking -Pool permanently closed -breakfast 6-9 (that’s early shut down) -fitness room not 24hrs -poor food/vending options downstairs

Everything was good except the mattresses squeaked every time someone rolled over or moved. Breakfast was not that tasty..Otherwise it would have gotten an excellent rating.

This property was misleading. Beds squeaked like a 30 year old rusty truck. Couldn't hardly open or close the shower door. Shower door handle loose like they was able to fall off. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly, that's the only 2 good things about this place.
