Châteaux à Greenwood

« Room was clean on arrival. Stayed for 3 nights and towels we refreshed once is my only complaint. Kitchen worked. Plugs in suite were confusing which switch turned off an on. Only had one remote for both TVs. The biggest complaint was not keeping the coffee full during breakfast. I was okay waiting but there many other guests frustrated with this. »

« Beautiful area. The house was beautifully styled and maintained. They had issues with their cleaning company but nothing serious. »

« Reserved 5 rooms for the week, every room had cockroaches. Live cockroaches crawling around during the day, this place has a known infestation according to the front desk clerk. This place needs to be shutdown. »

« Property was very clean as advertised and the communication with the host was always effective. We initially had an issue with the code to get into the house and the host resolved it within minutes. Plenty of space and beds to sleep in. And the activities and games in the garage was an absolute blast. In addition, the location was ideal for our convention and close to great places to eat. »

« Older building. However, The rooms and lobby are being gutted and remodeled. Floor by floor. This is a great hotel with a wholesome complementary breakfast ! The room was perfect with a Texas Roadhouse right behind the hotel ! Without doubt, we would stay here again :) »

« Très bien situé et à proximité de toutes les commodités »
