Chambre neuf on y dort très bien Service de moyenne qualité et petit déjeuner moyen.. Prix attractif..

A little dirty and very noisy. The breakfast was terrible and our room was very small.

Wonderful Staff / Very Clean Room

Long story short, my husband and I had to leave our originally booked hotel due to issues with sanitation and cleanliness... So, our trip started off stressful. Checking in, checking out, getting a refund, trying to find another hotel, navigating a city we don’t know at all, and also being on a tight work schedule were all the factors that led to finding this particular Baymont location. When we arrived, the two ladies in the lobby where unbelievably friendly, helpful, and completely understanding! The room was very clean with a large bathroom, very comfortable king bed, and a microwave/mini fridge. Our trip went from awful and stressful to such a wonderfully fun time! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Thank you Baymont—especially to the two ladies in the lobby that made me smile after such a bad start to our trip!

Room not clean, actually filthy. Front desk staff was wonderful.

I am so sorry your room was not cleaned to standards. We recently terminated room attendants that were not consistently following our cleaning protocols and are in the process of training new hires. We want every guest to receive a warm welcome, rest comfortably in a spotless, clean room and leave a happy guest. The GM or AGM will inspect every room before allowing a less than acceptable room be rented moving forward. Thank you for your feedback! It will be shared with my team.

You can tell from the pictures online that this motel has been fairly recently updated but, when you get there, you can see it's a 40+ year old motel that's likely been taken over by the brand and updated. Bathtubs in 3 rooms were filthy and scarred up, the plastic light cover in one of the bathrooms fell out of the ceiling, hitting one of our party in the head. Two rooms had dirty towels from previous guests still hanging on the bathroom door hooks and two of three had hair in the tubs.

I sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you encountered during your stay. I will address these with my staff and take corrective action to ensure no others have such an unpleasant stay. Again, I am very sorry.

Les + : Cleanliness
Les - : Nothing for the use we gave to the hotel that was just to spend the night.
Situation : Lot of restaurants, stores and some entertainment.
Clean, comfortable, near a lot of stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and rapidly responded to a couple of requests we had.

Off a busy road and noisy. Room was a bit musty smelling but newly remodeled. It was an ok stay but for over 100 bucks a night, could do a lot better

this is a poor property

was shocked to see outside halls. was shocked to see small room (1*). was shocked to see location and surrounding. initially checked in and went to room to hopefully find another hotel. I did. I went to front desk to request a FULL refund. Which I was thankful the desk clerk understood my disappointment and provided the FULL refund.

I am happy the front desk fulfilled your refund request. The photographs online are of this property and were taken in our guest rooms. However, I do understand that some guests prefer only to stay at interior properties.
