« Malaysia at check-in was AMAZING 😉she was professional and very outgoing. She smiles and made eye contact as soon as we walked in the front lobby. She called before check in time began as a courtesy to inform me my room was ready. She extended a complimentary upgrade, as my Aunt had never seen a hotel as nice and well appointed. Malaysia is the employee that makes the lasting difference and gives the WOW factor. She deserves recognition for an excellent greeting and follow up. »

« Breakfast was very good. Several selections. Only items with room to mention are, one. The TV comes on at Max volume with no way to prevent it in any settings. The volume switch on remote will lower the sound, but it takes a long time to reduce the volume. Apologies to anyone in an adjoining room. Secondly, the hair dryer was wonky. The switch on the dryer did not work (broken). The only way to use was to press the reset button on the plug to get it to come on (at high temp, no low temp...
