You indicated that you were unsatisfied with the hole drilled in the door, the bed's thin metal footboard, the broken safety latch on the door amongst other issues that hindered a positive stay with us. You indicated that the pest you reported, the room condition and the other issues hindered your stay hindered your experience. Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry.
