The toilet over flowed, soaking the bathroom floor. We were thankfully moved to another room. However, in the new room, the hot water was not working in the shower. I was assured that I would get a discount, due to these issues happening beyond my control. BUT Iâm still waitingâŠ. Iâve never had this type of experience at any hotel franchise. I will be coming to Greensboro often, in need of hotel lodging, as my son is attending NC A & T. I surely hope that Wingate honors my discount, as promised. I would hate to inform all other parents rotating to do visits, to NOT choose Wingate because of what I experienced, without some type of discountâŠ. Best regards, Parent Shonteia Keaton
