While we are not a 24-hour on-site hotel-style service, we are responsive during these hours and committed to helping resolve any questions or issues as quickly as possible.

You’ll have easy access to downtown Green Bay, Lambeau Field, the Fox River Trail, local restaurants and breweries, and the many outdoor activities that make Northeast Wisconsin special. Spend the morning on the water, head into town for dinner, catch a Packers game, or simply stay home and enjoy the shoreline.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, as the home is in a quiet waterfront neighborhood rather than a walkable downtown district.



There is a spacious driveway to easily fit 4 vehicles. Please note, no more than 4 vehicles are allowed.

Welcome to The Edgewater Shoreline by Foundry + Form—a completely transformed waterfront retreat designed to feel equal parts luxury getaway, cozy lake house, and one-of-a-kind design experience.

Set directly along the shoreline, the home was thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom with an emphasis on custom craftsmanship, rich materials, and bringing the beauty of the water into nearly every room. Floor-to-ceiling shoreline windows frame the bay, while carefully selected finishes create a warm, elevated atmosphere that feels anything but ordinary.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 9-11 guests and features two beautifully designed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and multiple spaces to gather, relax, and take in the water.

Inside
The heart of the home is the dramatic main living space, where expansive windows keep the shoreline in view and a gas fireplace creates a cozy place to gather after a day outside.

The newly renovated kitchen combines function with personality, featuring custom cabinetry, concrete countertops, a wood island, a pot-filler, and curated appliances and finishes designed to complement the home’s distinctive character.

The bathrooms were completely reimagined, including a custom luxury walk-in shower with high-end tilework and carefully detailed finishes on the first floor and the original Kohler tub and sink reimagined on the second floor. This isn’t a builder-grade renovation—the bathrooms were designed as part of the overall experience of the home.

Upstairs, the former primary bedroom was transformed into a spacious retreat featuring custom-built bunk beds and a built-in bed nook, creating additional sleeping space while giving the room a cozy, architectural feel.

Throughout the home you’ll find custom tilework, distinctive lighting, natural textures, rich colors, and unexpected design details—including the original character of the home thoughtfully incorporated into the renovation.

Outside
Step outside and the experience changes completely.

The home sits directly on the waterfront with approximately 120 feet of shoreline, giving guests a front-row seat to the changing seasons and spectacular sunsets over the bay.

Enjoy your own private shoreline, gather around the fire pit, or spend the day on the water with the paddleboards.

There are also multiple outdoor spaces designed for everything from morning coffee by the water to long evenings around the fire.

Getting around Green Bay is easiest by personal vehicle, but several transportation options are available during your stay.

Driving: Most attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues are within a 15-25 minute drive.
Ride Share: Uber and Lyft are available throughout Green Bay and are often the most convenient option for getting to restaurants, downtown events, and Packers games.
Public Transit: Green Bay Metro provides bus service throughout Green Bay and neighboring communities. Bus routes, schedules, and fares can be found on the transit system's website.
Airport: Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.
Packers Game Days: Traffic around Lambeau Field can be heavy before and after games. Guests are encouraged to allow extra travel time during major events.
Walking: This home is not located in walking distance of any attractions or restaurants.
