« The host was welcoming and amazing throughout the entire time we were in the residence. Might want to take a look at the drain in the shower and the toilet in the main bathroom was draining really really slow. »

Any questions during our stay were very promptly answered.This nicely updated vintage home had tons of character, good mattresses and clean, nice quality, betting and towels. The kitchen was well equipped, which was really important to us. Appreciated the modern clawfoot tub. this is a vintage home with quirky corners and nice woodwork, convenient laundry in typically scary basement ;-) … would rent again and recommend it for its easy proximity to Lawrence...

« Over all it wasn’t bad but definitely needed some updating! Need proper curtains for the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom needs a curtain for the door or a new door. Also needs a new ceiling fan! New decor. And fix up the yard. We stayed 3 days although we weren’t there much. But with some updating wouldn’t be too bad. »

« Great space, quiet, spacious bathroom with plenty of towels and soap product variety. Kitchen fitted with appliances and items to make any cooking possible. Only stayed 5 nights, but can see would work for longer stays. Garage an added bonus. »

« The home was advertised to sleep 7 and we had 7 people. Everyone was comfortable but there were not enough coffee cups and untensils, and the kitchen was low on supplies. The owner was excellent at communicating and provided us with an iron as requested. Overall it worked well for sleeping 7 people and the location was convenient for our time in Appleton. »
