Relax next to the fireplace in this beautifully renovated and spacious home, only a 9 min drive to Lambeau, 10 min to downtown Green Bay, and area hospitals! Fully fenced in backyard for your pets. Enjoy outdoor patio seating with firepit and grill! Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will enjoy the newly updated kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Cook dinner and entertain your family and friends in the fully stocked kitchen. Sit back, relax and enjoy the coffee and tea bar during your stay!

Two entertaining areas in the home for you to relax! Basement is equipped with laundry area and workout space!

Master Bedroom: King bed. Attached bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Large, walk-in closet for storage. Two twin rollaway mattresses stored in walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ample space for one twin rollaway bed. Closet and dresser for storage.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Closet and dresser for storage.

Second bathroom with full bath/shower is located in main hallway between queen bedrooms. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Makeup towels are also available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers.

All Roku TVs are setup in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 6 with chairs, and the kitchen bar will accommodate an additional 3 with stools.

A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A dual Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker are available. We also provide a starter pack of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked in the laundry area! An iron and ironing board are also available in the master bedroom closet.

The backyard is set up in the summer and fall with Adirondack chairs and a propane firepit! Several yard games are stocked in the back shed for guest use during fall and summer months.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located behind the house, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home, basement laundry and workout area, and 2 stall garage.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many have lived in this neighborhood for years.

Uber and Lyft services are available.

Additional parking up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is limited during fall, winter and spring months due to snow plowing.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back patio and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.

Wonderful Location

My son and I were in town for work, and why we were here we made this wonderful home our home base. We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. All the appliances worked great the beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice. The next time we work in this area, I will definitely check and see if this house is available before any others.

Great NFL Draft Weekend

I brought my son and three of his friends (so four 5th graders) to Green Bay for the NFL Draft. This was the perfect stay. Property is accurately advertised, very clean, comfortable beds, great back yard. The board games were a nice surprise for the one rainy afternoon. Awesome place - if I ever need to come back to Green Bay, I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

Green Bay Visit

This is by far the best property that we've ever stayed at. The house is in an upscale neighborhood, is very large, clean and has comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. The fenced back yard was wonderful for our dog. Will plan to stay here again on future trips to the Green Bay area.

Comfy home in a nice neighborhood.

The home was exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a 3 week stay and the hosts were amazing at responding to any questions we had. Check in was super smooth. The fenced in backyard was loved tremendously by our Springer Spaniel. The beds were so comfy and the house was furnished very nicely. We will definitely stay again!
