Arrived then next day maid told us not to call her maid but housekeeper instead really uncalled for her name was pat then after a long day coming back no soap shampoo cups really no service then next day after another long day again but worse same dirty shower mat on bathroom floor again no soap no shampoo no cups no vaccuming bed barley madeno towels i had to go to the front desk again and get stuff that should of been already done and the supposed manager ruffen was saying i must have a thing against women because i was referring the complaint towards women by saying she i said what you talking about i have had no service on my first 2 days. He could no even look at me in the eyes looking left or right only very rude unfriendly no welcoming at all and on arrival until departure there was always a strong smell of marijuana very inappropriate. David general manager was alright 👍 i introduced my self to establish who i was. Clean establishment good breakfast and the maid from jamaica that took over was great friendly great job cleaning pluses were refrig washer and dryer and breakfast some maid service workers need training in cleaning and staff up front need training in customer service one india girl working at night was great real sweetheart over i would rate this hotel at a 4

When I got there to check in, the front counter person acted like I was bothering him by checking in. The first floor smelt like cigarettes, the pillows…. Well let’s just say they seemed very old and used and just not comfortable. I was afraid to turn the a/c on for how busted it looked. No water pressure for the shower, banging doors all night.

Breakfast left lots to be desired. Shortage of help seemed to be the problem as the desk clerk was also trying to fill the breakfast area. Coffee ran out, hot food ran out. Only a few wrapped items available, Syrup was running out. Disappointed people around us. The room was fine. A/C unit a bit loud. No elevator Low toilet

The property is in need of an update. Old and worn. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. In a good location. Breakfast was not good. Hotel staff was mixed. Sammy, the hotel staff that checked us in was great - very friendly and helpful. Rafel, the staff that checked us out was less so. Mix up with Expedia - did not honor the price we reserved the room for- tried to charge us 20$ more per night- not worth that $$. We left feeling cheated If you get a good deal- just pay ahead so price is secured.

Rosemary, Sammy has an awesome personality but their was confusion on your multiple reservations as your expedia reservation was for the following date. The morning agent was unaware that you had another reservation for the following date, I have discussed this issue with our staff in the future we will add the additional nights to the new reservation.

We left the motel at 1030 am with multiple maid carts thru our hallway. Did not have a do not disturb card on our door. Came back at 830 pm. No maid service. Went to the front desk and she said well did you have your Do not disturb card? Leave later in the day? I said no to both and then she said oh well, they dont do a deep clean for stayovers anyway so Ill grab you some towels. Nothing like sorry for the inconvenience, what do you need? Just we dont do a deep clean for stay overs anyway. Very unprofessional. Makes you wonder what kind of clean they do for stay overs?

I am sorry that housekeeping noted the do not disturb card on your door handle and didn't see it removed when he checked your room door. Housekeeping will change sheets every three days unless they are soiled as stated on the bed card that is placed on your night stand to advise our guests.. When I checked you out on Monday I wish you would of mentioned it we could of resolved this issue earlier.

Lack of towels for 3 adult, two bath for three adults? Come on. My keycard was turned off at 9am on checkout day and I had to go to desk to finish loading my car. Checkout is 11am. Very frustrating.

Was traveling back into town and made reservation through Expedia 25 minutes before midnight for my companion to stay at. Showed up at the property and they said they didn’t have my reservation. Apparently cut-off for check-in is midnight…..didn’t know that and was not listed on anything when I booked. Lost my reservation and no refund from either the hotel or Expedia. Wasted $130 and the front desk guy acted like I should be happy about it. I guess if I was screwing over customers for my benefit, I would be smirking as well too. No adjustment or discount on a different room from either Expedia or hotel. Seemed like an extremely sleazy way to do business, especially if you see a reservation come in that close to check-in cut off, you would think good customer service would be to perhaps call the customer. Not like the property is huge and they were busy. Local resident now and also a ride share driver and I will never recommend this property to anyone staying in the area because of poor management and customer service, area can be shady at times, and just an overall disgusted feeling for this property due to my experiences and interactions with them.

Beth Ann when booking a reservation on any website that is booked after midnight the booking agency can only confirm for the current date. When you booked the reservation on expedia and before you hit the confirm button the reservation details showed the following date. The receiving hotel doesn't see future dates reservations so the guest service agent didnt know of the future reservation it just goes into the servers until we call up the particular reservation. You will need to deal with Expedia as they are your travel agent of record and whom you paid for the reservation.
