Je regrette également que vous n'ayez pas bien lu l'annonce qui précise bien que je ne propose plus, volontairement, le barbecue principalement pour des RAISONS DE SECURITÉ: En raison de la sécheresse qui sévit tous les étés en Grèce et des vents, les risques de feux sont fréquents, voyez l'actualité des feux qui ravagent fréquemment les iles et le continent. Sans parler des mauvaises expériences passées de clients peu délicats, laissant le barbecue non dégraissé après utilisation . Les tavernes aux alentours, notamment à Glinado, offrent des délicieuses grillades et Slouvlakis à emporter pour 8€/ personne, et permettent ainsi de les déguster à la villa, sans les inconvénients de préparation . Regarding the stairs, the property being on a little hill overviewing the sea (hence the view), the cycladic classic building is with stairs inside and outside. That is a reason why I share on the website a video, which shows the landscape. It is also described on the website that the configuration is with stairs. Mr, Your review is dishonest and sneaky! A) DESCRIPTION, PHOTOS ARE PRECISE! the property is WITH LEVELS as cycladic houses, built on a little hill. It's written many times in the description: ACCESS TO THE ROOMS IS WITH 2 STAIRS, SO CAUTION FOR CHILDREN THAT MUST BE MONITORED! Children allowed BUT BE CAREFULL TO STAIRS TERRACES POOL". If you have uncontrolled children, this villa isn't for you! My 4 chilDREN 18 M. old to 7 Y. old were under controlled, as many of families I welcomed! that is the reason why I accept families with children if they UNDERSTAND my recommandations; Hereunder MY ANSWER (BEFORE YOU RENT): Thu 10/26/2017 6:13 PM EEST: "1.The villa has an amazing view. Its is because of its situation on a little hill. Considering that, IT MEANS THERE IS A STEEP DIRT ROAD TO REACH IT about 150 meters from the beach. We use to walk down to the beach with our 4 children, when they were small, but sometimes used the car to carry their toys (...) 4. Let me also add that this villa is a typical cycladic building:IT MEANS THERE ARE STAIRS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE FROM THE DIFFERENT TERRACES I built. It is important as you have small children, as I had. I PREFER TO INFORM CUSTOMERS WITH CHILDREN BECAUSE SOME OF THEM MIGHT BE WORRIED ABOUT THAT". SO HOW DARE YOU WRITE SUCH LIES! I know that you do care very very much, concerning the house and everything else I really appreciate" B) Regarding noise made by the interior Architect, I remind you that I immediately phoned my Greek lawyer: the works stopped within 48 hours! C) IT IS A BEACH VILLA REACHED BY A PRIVATE ROAD 150m from beaches! not suitable for a baby trolley of course! which doctor, supposed to be responsible, would dare to bring a 9 M. old baby in such a hot and sunny place! D) Pool is a design 23 sq.m to play or refresh not to compete! YOUR CONCLUSION IS SO DISHONEST! YOU JUST EXPECTED TO SPEND FREE HOLIDAYS: you wanted to stay but also have a full refund! It was your machiavellian deal: I'm upstanding and won't go into this immoral blackmail. For a surgeon, what a rough education! YOU ARE A TENANT TO BLACKLIST! NO COMMENT ABOUT THE PIGSTY YOU LEFT!
