Payment policy
Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
Mastrogiannis Country Retreat reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
The guest has to pay a 30% deposit of the total booking amount at the time of his reservation.
The rest 70% of the amount must be paid 15 days prior arrival.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 18:00 (local property time) on Thursday, 2 October 2025.

For any cancellation that takes place at least 30 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
For any cancellation that takes place 29 to 15 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% refund of the total deposit.
In case of any cancellation that takes place at 14 or less days prior to the arrival date or in case of non-show the deposit will not be refunded.
