Katerina a été très accueillante à notre arrivée. La chambre avec terrasse ( la dernière) est joliment décorée et très agréable avec sa terrasse et ses transats. Les prix sont peut être un peu élevés pour la Grèce et sans petit déjeuner, bien que des capsule de café et thé sont remis chaque jour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel explique sûrement ce prix vous ne pouvez pas être plus proche de la old town. Il reste malgré calme car dans des petites rues. Le seul bémol que j’émettais mais dans le but d’y remédier, le lit en 160 est pourvu de draps qui correspondrait plutôt à un 140, en couple on se retrouve vite sans drap. Et la petite couverture fine était également trop juste. Merci pour ce séjour fort agréable. À bientôt Katerina

Très joli petit hôtel en plein coeur de chania
Excellent séjour à Chania dans ce petit hôtel situé en plein coeur du centre historique. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Katerina et son mari. Ils nous ont offert un verre de raki pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et ils ont fait en sorte que tout se passe au mieux pour nous durant notre séjour (réservation d'un taxis depuis l'aéroport vers l'hôtel, conseils pour les sites à visiter...). Ils sont très professionnels. L'hôtel est tout neuf, la déco très sympa, les chambres sont propres et équipées comme les grands hôtels... Tout était parfait. Le seul point que nous pourrions reprocher mais qui n'est pas du ressort de nos hôtes : le bruit la nuit provenant de la rue... le quartier est très animé jusqu'a environ 2h du matin presque tous les soirs et je pense que l'isolation phonique du bâtiment est limite... Même au dernier étage on entendait tout ce qu'ils se passait dans la rue fenêtres fermées. Mais bon, c'est un quartier vivant et c'est les vacances...

L’hôtel et la chambre sont sublimes, le mobilier est récent, la literie est très confortable et les petites attentions telles que les produits de douche et les rafraîchissements nous font nous y sentir bien. L’emplacement est idéal pour loger à Cannée et visiter la ville, au calme dans une petite ruelle atypique. Nous remercions tout particulièrement le gérant qui nous a aidé et conseillé dans un moment compliqué. C’était parfait !

Séjour parfait
Séjour parfait dans cette hôtel, rien à redire. Emplacement, propreté, accueil, tout y est. Nous avons été bichonné tout le long de notre séjour par les deux propriétaires de l’hotel qui sont d’une incroyable gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The property was clean and quite. I was about to walk to historical sites, so many options for dining and shopping. Most of Katerina was an amazing host, if i ever go to Crete again i hope this property is available. I will recommend it .

Loads of charm and great service!
The most charming boutique hotel perfectly located in the center of the old town. We especially enjoyed the view to the small street with cozy restaurants band bars. Last but not least is the owner Katherina is super friendly and helpful! We will return if we have the possibility!

We highly recommend the viaggio. We loved everything. Great location, clean and beautiful room but mostly the personal assistance from Katerina. She went above and beyond the make our trip easy, smooth and enjoyable. Our only complaint is our stay was too short 😂

This was the perfect stay for our time in Chania! The location is right in the heart of old town and within walking distance to so many great places. This boutique stay is adorable, very well maintained, clean and as cute as can be. The host, Katerina, is so friendly, helpful and super responsive. Would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Chania and hope to stay there again in the future ourselves!

Stunning little gem
This boutique hotel is run by a very warm and welcoming lady. The hotel itself is stunning and right in the heart of beautiful Chania. We had the terraced room, which was perfect. The hotel is immaculate and has everything you need. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Superb

Brilliant stay right in the centre of Chania, about a 3 minute walk to the harbour and old town. Beach is about a 15 minutes walk. Could not recommend the property enough!!!

The property was beautiful and the rooms were nice and spacious. We checked in on a Sunday night. The reception desk isn't open on a Sunday and the outside door is locked. We received instructions beforehand about accessing the property and getting our room key which worked without any issues. The property location is great, near lots of dining and shopping but managed to be very quite. We checked out before the reception desk was staff, so we never actually met any staff but were given a phone number in case we had any issues (we didn't). Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel only for one night which we now regret! We loved our stay in the hotel and loved the vibrant Chania centre, where there were lots of restaurants and shops. We would most definitely stay again! Amazing host, brilliant location, quiet hotel, comfy bed, cleanliness 10/10 and the decor gave a boutique feel.

This is such a cute hotel we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This is by far one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels we've ever been to. you can tell the owner is passionate about her business. She went above and beyond for us and definitely made our stay special. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, in the centre of old Chania but on a quiet and less trafficked street. She even helped us arrange transport for an excursion while we were running late. Would highly recommend staying here.

Var veldig fornøyd med stedet. Litt vanskelig å klatre opp til 3.etg for å kom inn på rommet, men verdt innsattsen. Fantastisk privat terrase, ultra-rent rom og bad, og behagelig seng. Vi kom gjerne tilbake!

Everything about the property was wonderful. The host, location, rooms and cleanliness. Only does side is very soft mattress. Though some may prefer this, for us it was unfortunate. I ended up sleeping on the sofa each night which was actually very comfortable but my husband woke with back pain. We did not voice a complaint about this as some do prefer a softer mattress, it was just not for us!

Honeymoon i Crete
We had a wonderful stay at Viaggio Rooms. The host, Katerina were very welcoming and knowledgeable. She provided great tips for restaurants and sights to see. Place very clean and tidy. We had a car and it was challenging to find parking as there is not allowed to drive in the old venetian town. So better to pack light and take a taxi/the bus. In conclusion: Highly recommend this place and we are looking forward to come back in the future.

Amazing host and beautiful hotel
I can’t begin to explain how amazing our trip has been. Katerina was an amazing host, has a beautiful property and her kindness has been a standout takeaway for us. She kindly booked our taxis to and from the airport, was patient when we were 2hrs delayed late into the night, recommended the most amazing restaurants for us and made reservations at said restaurants on our behalf. The first night I accidentally broke a door handle (no idea how it happened 😂) but she was so kind, her husband fixed it so quickly and they both quickly eased my anxiety, for this I was so so grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble and along with the beautiful Chania, we had the most incredible holiday. We spent our 1st anniversary in this beautiful city and we’ve loved it so much that we’re going back next year to do it all again. Thank you so much Katerina for making our first holiday in Greece so so special!

Charming family owned hotel in the heart of the old Venetian town. Katherine is very helpful and courteous. She even arranged to deliver a package for me. Enjoyed our stay there.

Super nice staff, very clean and stylish room. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Great location and right across the street from a good restaurant. A bit difficult to get there with luggage, no elevator was tough for us to get the suitcases upstairs.

Loved the area that the hotel was in because the surroundings were beautiful and it was really close to everything in Old Town. Katerina was also great and super helpful!

The most perfect quaint Greek hotel. Location was amazing at just a stone’s throw from the harbour and all the restaurants. All that plus the most friendly and attentive welcome. 10/10 defo recommend
