We understand that humidity - due to extra heavy rains unforseen for such season - has caused some issues, after all we are located on a humid island, but we wish you'd inform us of the situation sooner so we could allocate you in another room, although it's clear the ground floor rooms - like the one you've booked - can be more humid than upper floor rooms (they are the lowest priced rooms on our list, due to ground floor position).Regarding the food: we comprehend your frustration. This is an all inclusive hotel and as such it can be crowded during meal times. However, our buffet is replenished as many times as possible and the service staff is always alert to help our guests. We are sorry you didn't see this.As for the concierge & front desk team: our team at the Front Desk is always available to provide with useful information on your whereabouts. However, we understand that your visit to the Front Desk may not have been the best as we had lots of check in/ outs these days and may have been a bit crowded to assist.
