Cet hôtel est un bonheur. La vue est magnifique. Les chambres sont propres modernes et confortable. L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin. La piscine est top. Je reviendrai avec énormément de plaisir. Merci beaucoup pour notre sejour!

Small hotel located close enough of the old town to walk but far enough to be quiet. The view to the sea was fantastic . We felt welcomed.

W truly terrific boutique hotel
This was a wonderful hotel in a great location, within walking to everywhere (both the old city and Neo Chora beaches). The rooms were gorgeous (we were kindly upgraded) and had everything one could need and more. The hotel has a lovely infinity pool on the roof with a fabulous view). The breakfast was varied and good and the staff welcoming. There are even 2 elevators so that you don't need to wait long to go up or down. I highly recommend a stay here.

A fabulous hotel !
This hotel is terrific with exceptional staff and gorgeous rooms. We were upgraded to a corner room with two glass walls overlooking the sea. The locations is great, there is parking and a beautiful rooftop infinity pool. There are even two elevators so people don't have to wait long for one. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the rooms have everything you could need and much more! I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

La vieille ville a 50 mètres. Parfait.
Idéalement situé à 50 mètres de la vieille ville de La Canée, hôtel moderne confortable et bien équipé. Personnel charmant et disponible. Petit-déjeuner varié et excellent. Nous reviendrons.

This boutique hotel is beachfront. It is walking distance from the lighthouse, the town center, and many restaurants and shops. Zoey greeted us with a welcome drink upon arrival and spent time explaining a map of places that are easily accessible near the hotel. She was amazing! The hotel is Modern and clean. Rooms are very spacious. Water pressure and temperature is excellent. The beach front balconies are accessible with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Bedding, towels, robes and air condition are on par with 5 star hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. We would definitely return to this property. The only downside to this property is the construction of a new building next door. Early morning noise of jackhammers. No fault of this hotel.

SanSal is such a lovely place to stay. My boyfriend and I stayed for just over a week and had such a wonderful time. The room was excellent and the hotel itself is great. The breakfast was lovely, loads of options! It’s a really quick walk to get to the harbour or to the beach and there are loads of dining options nearby. The staff at the hotel are just lovely - they really seem to want you to have a great stay and have great knowledge of the area. I’d definitely stay again!

The location was spectacular. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The room was beautiful with a stunning balcony. The breakfast was so much better than American hotels provide. Would definitely recommend.

SanSal hotel was terrific. The room, the staff, the breakfast, the location, all suburb. Our only issue is that a major construction project has started next door. The room we were initially given was right next to the construction. The team quickly moved us to the other side of the hotel, which was nice, but we couldn't enjoy our deck during construction hours as it was too loud. You could not hear the noise from the room if all the doors were shut, but the big reason we chose this room was to have a beautiful deck with a view. It's no fault of the hotel, so I will still give them the five-star rating, but I wanted to flag it for others.

This is a fantastic modern hotel with professional employees that care about providing the best possible service to guests. We thought the location was outstanding. The young man that manages the breakfast does a superb job. He also makes a great cappuccino. We hope to return some day.

Absolutely loved this place and its wonderful staff. The room was beautiful and location perfect for us. We had a car so it was great to be just outside of the city wall but still able to walk into Old Town and Nea Chora for dinner every night. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They made excellent recommendations and booked us a great boat cruise from Falassarna to Balos and Gramvousa beaches. We absolutely LOVED our time in Chania!!

A beautiful boutique hotel located right on the water. The decor of the rooms was beautiful. The room was designed with comfort and style in mind. We went with our young adult boys and they loved the experience. The Old Harbor is a small walk away. The hotel is perfectly located to explore. Chania. The last morning we crossed the street and went swimming and were provided with beach towels daily by the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and inviting, served on the open air patio. The front desk staff were very helpful and recommended an awesome beach club to drive to as well as some wonderful restaurants to dine in. It was a magical stay, and we promised our boys that we would return.
