Merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil, le service impeccable, la vue imprenable sur Spinalonga, l’emplacement parfait, l’hôtel magnifique, la vue sublime des chambres, le confort et la propreté de la chambre, la plage magnifique, la salle de gym fantastique, les tres jolies boutiques, et les restaurants tous aussi bons, l’excellent petit déjeuner avec sublime vue en terrasse. Tout y est pour un merveilleux séjour, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

court sejour avec superbe vue.
Hotel de grande taille mais bien organisé. Tres Dommage alors que l hotel etait pas mal rempli que tous les restaurants n aient ete ouverts, notamment celui de la plage. Dommage que meme pour restaurant en terrasse ouverte et tables espacees fumer soit interdit( isola) Dommage que malgré ma demande Pour une chambre au calme la chambre qui nous a ete attribuee etait a coté d Une chambre occupee par parents avec petit enfant . Enfin pour avoir séjourné sur la cote , pour raison que je ne connais pas la mer qui est partout tres tres claire en crete etait trouble sur la plage de l hotel. J espere que cela n est pas du à de la pollution....

Très bien mais bémol sur le 5*
Entre mer et montagne... une vue magnifique sur l'ile de spinalonga. Les restaurants sont nombreux et très sympas. Surtout le Blue door et le Anthos ! Concierge très professionnel et de très bons conseils pour les visites / randonnées / réservations restaurants ... Les piscines et la mer est propre. La salle de sport est très bien Le personnel du spa est topissime ! Au petit soin !! Points négatifs : la plage n'est pas nettoyé, vous retrouvez des pailles, serviettes ... dans les galets.. les plagistes sont 3 voir 4 au local des serviettes à parler entre eux au lieu de vous apporter les serviettes et entretenir la plage... 5 * et son prix non justifiés... La chambre est faite mais pas comme un 5* français... en soit ça nous a pas dérangé mais habitués des grands hotels on a de quoi comparer...

Hôtel très étendu mais très beau, on ne ressent pas le monde. 4 restaurants à disposition, tous très bien. Plusieurs piscines très agréables dont une vraiment vaste juste à côté de la mer. Le personnel est vraiment très attentif, souriant et serviable.

Si vous cherchez du calme... c'est ici !
Magnifique, idéal et reposant. Hotel de rêves... vue splendide..... encore des étoiles dans les yeux bien que nous soyons rentrés depuis 2 semaines à Paris. Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour fêter nos 20 ans de mariage. un bugalow d'une propreté sans reproche, un service en chambre 2 fois par jour (un peu trop peu être si l'on choisit l'option "calins à toutes heures" .... ^-^ ).. mais la technologie est là pour nous sauver puisque 3 "boutons bien sympathiques" disposés au dessus des tables de chevet permettent d'avertir l'extérieur via "do not disturb, wait ou encore "comme in"... bien pratique pour les petits déjeuners en chambre dans le cas de flemmards comme nous. Par contre..... personne ne parle français.. si vous ne "baraguoinner" pas qq mots d'anglais = s'abstenir.... pour le reste, piscine privée, vue dégagée sur la mer et sur l'ile de spinalonga..... Aucune critique à adresser..... sauf à notre voyagiste Expédia..... le transfert retour hotel vers aéroport....une vraie catastrophe.. la voiture qui est venue nous chercher a également récupérer un autre couple dans un autre hotel.. résultat : entassés à 5, valises sur les genoux car coffre trop petit....... une vraie galère.... heureusement que nous étions détendus par ces 2 magnifiques semaines passées au Blue Palace.. Le RDV est pris.... nous reviendrons !

Absolutely Fabulous
If you are looking for a fabulous relaxing time, with or without children, we have 2 teenagers. This is the place. You never feel anything or anyone is being imposed on you and you have all the time in the world to relax and enjoy. The local fishing village, Plaka, is extremely welcoming and I highly recommend Captain Nicholas, look out for a long haired local who greets you with "Jah Bless". Highly amusing. In addition, we rented a car and did the occasional trip. The coast line of the south side of the island is sublime, with beautiful sandy beaches. I also recommend the supermarket for good local produce, such as olive oil.

Endroit inoubliable, vue fantastique, hôtel magnifique, très belle plage privée (galets), magnifique petit-déjeuner buffet (avec champagne), divers restaurants à choix pour le repas du soir, excellente cuisine, excellent accueil, personnel très serviable, une seule envie y retourner bientôt. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une semaine et avions une chambre avec piscine privée.

My wife and I were quite impressed with the hotel facilities and super professional staff. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and enjoyed an exceptional time. We enjoyed our stay at Blue Palace. The staff is very friendly - especially the parking staff. There are lots of dining options on the property. The location is great. It is close to Elounda/Plaka, but not too close so it still feels private/peaceful. It has tremendous potential. The breakfast buffet is great - tons of options. Our only complaint is that everything feels very dated. Also, the 'private' pools are not very private.

Upon our late-night arrival, the staff showcased commendable hospitality, accommodating us gracefully. It set a positive tone for our stay, making it all the more disheartening to witness a dent in this welcoming facade: two young girls at the reception who consistently came across as standoffish. Their demeanor starkly contrasted with the other reception staff members, who were consistently amiable and proactive. A standout amongst the staff was the concierge. He was not only resourceful but was the epitome of warmth, making him the most pleasant to deal with. His efforts significantly enriched our experience, and it was evident that he took immense pride in his role. However, the overall charm of the hotel was dampened when we discovered the state of our private pool. A layer of green algae draped the rocky sides, suggesting a clear lack of maintenance. For a facility that's promoted as a highlight, it's paramount that it remains in pristine condition for guests to enjoy. Housekeeping was a roller-coaster, varying from immaculate attention to detail on some days to a cursory tidying up on others. The most unsettling issue came during checkout. To our dismay, we identified charges on our final bill for items and services we never availed. While the hotel was prompt in addressing and rectifying the mistake, such oversight raises questions on attention to detail and accuracy, both crucial in the hospitality sector.

Beautiful resort
We returned from 6 night stay. Beautiful large resort hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Our bungalow room with patio was roomy and lovely view. Pools amazing, food delicious. Nearby to two villages, one within walking distance with nice restaurants. Hotel just over an hour taxi from Heraklion airport but worth it! The beach is stones but access from marina. Water crystal clear. Plenty of activities. We went to the full moon party which was fun, dj plus fireworks. My only negative would be the holding of the Sun loungers at beach. Apparently not meant to book, but they were being held with towels, books and beach bags from 9.30 until after 2. This is unfair to other guests and could easily be monitored by the towel staff.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but for this property I will. It's a spectacular setting, like blow your mind, and the service was outstanding -- luxury all around. Small examples -- the piano playing durning the gorgeous breakfast, live music at night, the speed boat you can hire at the end of the dock. Rooms needs a tiny bit of updating so ask to stay in the newer part of the resort, which I didn't see but assume furniture and fixtures are a bit more to date. Other than that, I couldn't believe how incredible the place was for the price...

This hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The setting of this property is stunning. It sits in its own gorgeous bay across from an old leper colony. There are no other hotels in sight, which makes the views from the many balconies within Blue Palace Elounda even more enjoyable.
