Bon rapport qualité prix dans le centre de Zante
Chambre très confortable, spacieuse et vue sur la mer. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique et de bons conseils pour visiter l'île.

Bonjour, un peu déçue de cet hôtel qui soit disant est un 5 étoiles !!!!! il en vaut 3. Petite chambre, même pas un savon sur l'évier de la salle de bain. Par contre l'emplacement est commode pour les gens qui n'ont pas de voiture.

We were given a room that smelled like sewage and had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Make staff were so incredibly rude, shockingly patriarchal, self righteous and unhelpful we had to leave for a better hotel and environment. The only acceptable thing about this hotel is the hotel manager who is a professional lady who agreed to refund the money for two out of three nights we were supposed to spend at the hotel. Everything else is utterly below standard, dirty to the point of making you physically sick, and to be avoided at all costs.

The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the stay was great. It would cost you 20€ at a restaurant. The things that weren’t great- I very specifically selected and paid for a sea view it was more expensive than the non view rooms. They didn’t give us that room and very unapologetically told us someone else was in it. No refund for the difference was offered. Our room ended up being above the outdoor portion of the restaurant which got very noisy very early and the view was of an ugly rooftop. The other thing that wasn’t great was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I kept finding long black hairs in the sink and tub so I gave the floor a swipe with a wet towel and there were actually many of those hairs and the towel was very dirty after I wiped up. To be fair they let us in the room early because we were very jet lagged so they may have rushed the cleaning in order to be helpful.

Forfærdelig morgenmad og aftensmad. Ift det var 4 stjerner, så var det kantine mad af den værste skuffe. Ret klamt. De havde glemt alt om Corona Meget slidt hotel og meget uro på gangene om natten. Badeværelse havde gammeldags håndsæbe på en bakke som ikke blev rengjort i de 4 dage vi var der. Ingen plads på hotellets parkeringspladser Det var positivt at det lå centralt Ift gågaden. Vil ikke anbefale det hotel til andre.

Excelente localização
O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro de Zakynthos. O quarto é amplo, mas precisa de algumas reformas e troca de mobília como, por exemplo, os colchões que já estão bastante deformados. O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções.

Also ich kann die guten Bewertungen dieses Hotels 0 nachvollziehen! Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich , unsere Klospülung funktionierte die ersten 3 Tage einfach nicht und wir mussten die Rezeptionisten 4 mal ansprechen damit sie endlich etwas unternehmen! Das Frühstück war katastrophal! Alles andere als frisch, nicht mal das Wasser aus dem Automaten war genießbar. Die Wände des Hotels sind so dünn man hört wirklich ALLES vom Nachbarzimmer sogar wenn diese die Toilette benutzen! Für das Ausborgen der Handtücher muss man 5€ bezahlen die man später wieder zurückbekommt, verstehe die Logik hier nicht? Aber okay. Das Hotel ist wirklich alles andere als ein 4 Sterne Hotel, 2 Sterne würden reichen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok für einen längeren sucht euch etwas anderes! Das einzige was wirklich gut funktioniert hat war die Klimaanlage und die Aussicht auf das Meer war auch ganz schön. Fazit: nie wieder dieses Hotel!

The Palatino had a huge sign. If you weren't sure where you were, all you had to do was to look for their sign. If the parking lot was full, a valet would find a spot for you.

좋지 못한 시설
방음이 잘 안됩니다 특히 밤에 전기박스에서 소음이 나서 잠에 들지 못하고 방을 옮겨야만 했습니다 옮긴 방에서도 물 내려가는 소리 때문에 신경이 쓰였습니다

Boa base para explorar a Ilha!
Hotel central, junto à praça veneziana, cheia de bares e restaurantes (alguns com música ao vivo de Zaquintos), e à marginal, ótima para passear e partir a visita à Ilha e suas famosas praias (Navagio, Kalamaki, perto da qual nidificam as tartarugas, St. Nicholas... Limpo e confortável. Bom pequeno almoço. Quarto com varanda, mesa e cadeiras e, sobretudo, muito sol.

Wir waren als Zwischenstation nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Fährhafens. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, aber nichts besonderes. Der Bergblick war ganz schön. Zu erwähnen ist noch die wirklich gute WLAN Verbindung. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr gut.

Nice hotel shame about the members of their Staff
While this hotel was clean, but basic for the 4 stars given to this property. The food was very standard definitely not A La Carte. The staff were friendly on the whole, Anastasia in particular was very helpful. Now having said that this property cheated lied and quite frankly took advance of me as a single mother travelling alone with my son. I initial choose the hotel as it was in town, If you plan to visit in low season you will soon realise there is nothing open in the surrounding areas, so staying in town is essential. However once we had arrived and checked out the amenities, primarily access to beach and Tennis courts. The beach area is not safe rocky and steep with no access to sitting area Tennis courts are just a few minutes away, but be sure to bring your own equipment, as the courts are not on the properties grounds so nothing provided. In fact there is nowhere to sit out side unless you are a smoker, where a small compact area is provided at the back. After having spent a few days at this property, arriving on Thursday morning, I decided on Saturday that I would book somewhere else that had a pool for me son in enjoy, as he was getting alittle bored. I very honestly informed a Maria of my plans, and handed her my key also explaining that I did not want to loss it, and would be back, as the other property I had booked was outside town. Maria went on to explain that the following week would be Easter and they get very busy so if I was not returning to

We’ll be back...
Palatino hotel turned out to be a great choice for my wife and I. It had one of the better reviews for Zante, possibly the best. I can’t recall. But we had cheap flights, & the hotel is only 2.5km away from the airport. Anyway, it didn’t take long for us too know we had picked well. Anastasia at reception deserves a mention. She was absolutely lovely, and couldn’t of been more helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean, & good sized. Breakfast was buffet style, everything you’d want was there, hot or cold. The Greek yoghurt in particular was delicious! We felt we had the hotel pretty much to ourselves(first week of the season I believe), which was lovely, but you could tell the hotel was well equipped for being full. We plan to go again, maybe in September, that’s how much we liked it!

Yövyimme Palatino-hotellissa häämatkamme yhteydessä. Hotelli oli perussiisti ja sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneet olivat pienet, mutta niistä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Tervetulias-viinipullo oli mukava lisä. :) Iso kiitos ystävälliselle ja auttavaiselle henkilökunnalle, he olivat hotellin sydän!

位置離市區要一段路，不過往馬路走就是海邊，可以玩水很方便，房間陽台面海視野很好，傍晚坐在陽台看海景也很好，早餐還不錯，但是冷氣很不冷，請他們處理後只說慢慢會冷，但是開了整天都不冷，床很舒服
