Très grande chambre propre et bien organisée avec un grand balcon. Accueil sympa, petit hôtel familial tenu par des propriétaires sympathiques. A quelques mètres du bord de mer. Très pratique lorsque je passe à Kos

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral aber ruhig
Es war sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt Zentral, wenig Schritte von den Meer, aber ruhig. Hotel ist sehr sauber, Zimmer auch sehr comfortable und schöne eingerichteten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, Dusche auch mit sehr schönem Wasserstrahl. Die Rezeption Marina hat uns viele Tips über den Ausflügen, Restaurants gegeben. Es war wirklich ein schöne Hotel und gerne empfehlen!

Exceptional hotel, great value
I am 60 and never normally write reviews but this place was exceptional. Hotel was in a great position for Kos town and the beach plus good bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were extremely clean and very spacious and well presented. Service was fantastic and friendly. We arrived late and the pick up service and instructions were first class.

Abbiamo soggiornato 14 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo....una vista favolosa sul mare, una camera pulita fidata di tutti i comfort, di fronte ad una piccola spiaggia attraversando la strada, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città , tanti ristoranti ad un ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo nei dintorni...un soggiorno che consigliamo

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Kos. Comfortable. Beautiful view - (rooms facing the sea). Things to be aware of: - there's a bar/restaurant at street level that sometimes has live music. Doesn't go terribly late, but if you are an 'early to bed' person, bring earplugs - the extra couch bed is in the main path to the bathroom. So whoever will be sleeping there should be aware of that. - there's no microwave in the kitchenette. That would vibe very useful. - Staff is very nice & helpful

It is perfect in all areas. It is modern, clean, spacey. The area is perfect if you want a place to stay, that kinda laid back but only couple minutes from the center, but you don't have to, because nearby there are great restaurants, transport rental. The lady of the hotel is very nice, kind and helpful. You just know how much she cares for her guests. I would recommend it

Nice hotel but beware of the 7:30am cleaning crew.
The room was lovely, very clean and contemporary. There was 4 indoor and outdoor dining table chairs but nowhere to sit in comfort when in the room. The only other negative was the 7:30am wake up call from the cleaners up and down the corridor and in nearing rooms! I understand they need to clean but far too noisy for me. Friendly staff beautiful views..

The hotel was really clean and new. The room was very spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. When we checked in, a staff member recommended some great places to visit. We went to all of them and had a fantastic time. We experienced delicious restaurants and amazing views along the way.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in - it was like it had just been decorated and we were the first to have stayed in it. The view was exceptional, a proper sea view. The little details like complimentary wine and espresso and overall attentiveness to our needs was exceptional. We were asked what we liked and recommendations were made to help us pick the best places we could go to for those activities as personally recommended by Marina and Elena - amazing people who asked for feedback each morning so they could compare our experience with what they had said… each recommendation was spot in and we thoroughly enjoyed the bars and restaurants we visited. Thankyou Marina and Elena for making our stay so brilliant - will definitely be back.

Brilliant and attentive staff, went above and beyond with check in - went through the map highlighting any sights, food and drink places etc. That were a must. Room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable with an exceptional sea view. The complimentary drinks and coffee pods on arrival set the tone for a lovely holiday. Would stay again and recommend highly to others!

Nice room for small budget
The room is really outdated and the AC cannot keep up to cool down the whole room. I guess there are different rooms and some are in a better condition then ours as only half of the rooms have been renovated. Thin walls but nice size with good location and easy to walk into Downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome!
A really great accomodation in Kos town. Modern room with all amenities, spacious and clean. The king-size bed was really new and very comfortable. Marina and Elina have done a great job. They were always there to help with any need we had. Definitely back when I am in Kos again.

Wij vonden het een topverblijf! Een heel goede prijs/kwailiteit verhouding. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers waren proper. Ligging is ook ideaal, alles ligt op een goed wandelafstand. Zeker een aanrader voor zo een prijs.

Das Apartment war nicht renoviert, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Meerblick, nur zum Hinterhof. Die Küche war sehr bescheiden ausgestattet. Frühstück war kein Problem. Es war allerdings sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr nettes Personal.

Basic apartments with Fridge, Water jug, hot plate with some cultery and china. I had a single room (really 2 rooms) which had 2 single beds in one and 1 in the other . Aircon only really cooled the 2 bed room. Room had key operated security box but no Tv. Wifi worked ok. 5-7 min walk and you at the old town. Parking in August was easy on the main road along waterfont during the day, night could be difficult to find spot close by.

Very friendly
Very friendly host. The rooms are very large and have great sea view. They have really cheap rooms that still need to be refurbished. The comfort of these rooms are not luxury, but still adequate. You can also choose the refurbished rooms. They are more expensive, but are top notch and luxurious. All rooms, also the "old" ones, have air conditioning. The road in front of the hotel can be heard well, but if you close the door at night with the fan on for fresh air it's no problem. Walking distance to the nice center of Kos town.

Great accommodation in Kos
Marina was a great host and helped out with a lot of info. The building is right on the boardwalk and in close proximity to both the old city center and the port. The interior design is very basic but more or less in line with the room price.

Lovely self catering apartment
The Orpheus Studios are ideally situated within easy walking distance of Kos Town with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely apartment with a sea view and balcony. Beautiful views towards Turkey and the many different boats that pass by. The apartment was cleaned daily. Marina, the owner met us on arrival as planned and was very helpful throughout out stay. I would definitely recommend the Orpheous Studios and plan to go back later in the yeaf
