Un site magnifique
On vient à Santorin pour ça: un cadre somptueux et romantique. Le coucher de soleil depuis les transats est tout simplement une des plus belles expériences de ma vie. Le personnel est charmant et disponible. Les chambres sont par contre simples mais leur confort suffisant pour quelques nuits. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel en lui même mais le prendre à 2 sur la terrasse de la chambre est inoubliable.

1 semaine de vacances à Santorin. Hôtel très bien situé pour profiter de la plage. L'accueil est très chaleureux, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, même si certaines sont un peu défraichies.

Tout était parfait pour un séjour très agréable, une vue à couper le souffle, les terrasses sont charmantes, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est top, le jacuzzi pour se prélasser face à la vue, la piscine très bien avec les grosses chaleurs de Santorin, proche des restaurants, 15 mns de marche le long de la corniche pour aller à Fira, l'hôtel est au calme. Un grand merci à Giga d'une très grande gentillesse.

Une vue superbe sur le volcan
L'hôtel est un peu dur à trouver (il se trouve en fait à Firostefani, au nord de Fira), mais il est situé dans un quartier très agréable, un peu à l'écart des quartiers trop touristiques, avec un parking gratuit à proximité. La vue sur la caldeira et le volcan est à couper le souffle, les chambres sont très spacieuses et typiques, et le personnel est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner, bon et copieux, est servi dans la chambre ou au bord de la piscine. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

Certainement l'une des plus belles vues sur la mer
Accueil charmant dès l'arrivée. L'homme à tout ou presque tout faire de l'hôtel vient vous aider à porter vos bagages et le réceptionniste vous offre un verre de bienvenue. Toujours à votre écoute et d'une amabilité jamais prise en défaut, tout le personnel reste concentré sue le bien-être de sa clientèle.

Calme, service et vue !
Accueil et service dévoué, propreté impeccable, très bonne situation à 10 mn à pieds du centre de Fira ce qui permet d'être au calme mais aussi très proche de la ville. La vue est superbe et la magie opère tous les matins en prenant le petit déjeuner.

super , un petit hôtel charmant avec un accueil très sympathique . simple très loin des complexes hôteliers avec beaucoup de personnes . l'impression d'être dans notre maison de famille avec des personnes familières et qui nous ressemblent . mais le plus et vraiment incomparable la vue époustouflante que l'on a de sa chambre sur la baie le rêve !!!!

My family and I stayed at Nomikos Villas for 3 days in September. Our room was right in front of the pool area with amazing views of the ocean. From the time we arrived until we left the staff was absolutely amazing. Giga was there to take carry our luggage, bring us breakfast, and make us drinks at the pool bar. Olga was very helpful with day-to-day things that came up. Luka was there at night to make sure we didn't need anything. All the staff work really hard, and it made our stay so relaxing. Oia is about a 20-minute cab ride, but there are restaurants near the villa that you can walk too as well. We suggest the restaurant Onar which has amazing food and sunset views. The only thing that I would warn about is if you have a hard time walking or going up and down steps this is not the area you should stay in. We absolutely loved it at Nomikos Villas and would recommend everyone to book here. We will defiantly be back again, and we hope to see all the staff again!! Thank you

Fantastic place
Nomikos Villas is a fabulous place to stay. Our room was great and the view is incredible. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Giga is awesome. He is there day and night and does everything from carrying your luggage to bringing your breakfast. Probably the best service we ever had. Absolutely loved it there.

Very nice hotel and very nice city
People are nice .view is amazing .no coffee machine ,very hard for old people or handicap person. They changed the toom for us when they found it is too hard to go to the bed in the second level and bathroom in the first level.

Incredible , stay of a lifetime
This is one of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had in a hotel! The staff is fantastic, the hospitality overwhelmingly wonderful. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious. The property is absolutely beautiful, with sweeping ocean and skyline views out your front door. I can’t believe how much I loved this place and encourage anyone to not hesitate to book here. The staff really sets it apart.

The location was beautiful and amazing! Many of the amenities listed on Expedia do not actually exist at the property. No restaurant or cafe, no spa, no laundry, and only one small, modest poolside bar not 2 bars as stated on the website. Our bathtub was dirty and the bedsheets were stained. The towels were frayed and very scratchy.

Starting from check-in, and throughout our stay the staff at this hotel were amazing. The gentleman from Georgia (Gigi?) was so friendly and always around to help. So was the man who managed the front office. On top of that, the included breakfast was amazing and the view of the caldera from the pool deck was unbelievable!

We loved our stay here! The view from the hotel is spectacular! In a quieter spot away from Fira town centre but only a 10 minute walk! Perfect spot! We lucked out here! Great waiter service too- super friendly!

Staff was great. Value was great! View is why we go! If you have one of the “cave” style bathrooms, leave air conditioning on because after a shower it can get a little humid in the room. Overall, I would stay here again! Book it!

Warm, welcoming, walkable to many key areas including the cable csr to the old port. Wonderful views day and night and tremendous sunsets. Very comfortable with small kitchen with sink and refrigerator and full bathroom. Swimming pool snd jacuzzi much appreciated on the site. Breakfast served on our balcony as part of hotel included service.

Great Place
The hotel location is excellent if you walk, drive or use the public bus or taxis (to Fira or other towns). The staff is very professional, polite and available. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. My pre-paid Continental Breakfast did not include beverages. Those are available for an additional charge. The breakfast menu selection was promptly and meticulously served on a personal porch with a magnificent view of the Caldera. From the same personal porch you get a first row magnificent view of the sun set. Excellent channels selection on the TV. Wifi works perfectly. I enjoyed my relaxing stay at the hotel.

I love the property is located where the caldera view is. I love waking up every morning with the view of the volcano and the sea. The staff are awesome esp Giga, Mitros, and Margarita. However, the breakfast is the same everyday. It would be good if there’s a variety.

This best vacation ever! We stayed in room #16 for 5 nights with an amazing view and our breakfast brought to us every morning by the best guy named Giga. Then we went to Crete and all we kept thinking about was how much we missed Margarita, Giga, Mitos, the maids, and whole staff. Your staff is the best! We called Mitos to see if he could secure 3 more nights and leave Crete early. Don't get me wrong we stayed in gorgeous 17th century palazzzo in Crete, but they didn't have the staff that you have. Mitos worked his magic and we were able to get room #6 by the pool for 3 more nights. It was so cozy. Everyone made us feel like family and we met so many great people that we have already gotten in touch with since we have been back home. Lets just put it this way we have already booked our return in July for 14 nights at Nomikos Villas to celebrate our 25th and my birthday. We can't wait!!!!!

Best place we stayed in Greece.
My wife and I had the best stay at this hotel from all the islands we visited. Aside from the amazing view and location, the hotel itself is great and the service is amazing. Giga and Dimitrius made us feel like we are family and not at a hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone and when we plan to come back this is the only place we will stay.

We had such an amazing experience at Nomikos Villas - It made our trip to Santorini. After exploring the whole island, we could not find a more ideal spot to watch the sunsets!

Engaged on our private balcony!
We had room 1 with a private balcony and we got engaged on the balcony on our last night! The setting and view was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our balcony every morning. Lovely staff. Location was great too - just a short walk up to Thira and you can get a 20 min bus to Oia. Some really tasty restaurants around too.
