All our rooms are being thoroughly cleaned and maintained by our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams before any guest can use them. Room checks are also held after cleaning and maintenance activities have been carried out. However, please accept our sincere apologies for the incident referred to in your comments. All issues reported to us regarding our facilities and services are resolved the soonest possible. As regards your check-in time, please note that this is at 15:00 for all our guests. This way, we have sufficient time between departure and arrival to thoroughly clean and disinfect a room for upcoming guests. Nevertheless, guests arriving earlier are still entitled to use all our facilities and services until their room is ready. Moreover, we always do our best to offer them a room ahead of the scheduled time, if circumstances permit.
