Très bon rapport qualité prix
Très bien placé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de Mylopotas ! L’hôtel assez calme. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié !!! Intransigeant sur l’heure du check-in mais flexible sur le check out… Le transfert vers/du port est payant (5€/personne) mais très pratique. La décoration est sommaire mais efficace.

WORST HOTEL IN A LONG LONG TIME
DO NOT BOOK UNLESS IT IS UNDER 100€/night AT HIGH SEASON. Anything above is absolutely unjustified (and I know the market as I am traveling over 40 times a year). Thought i would treat my girlfriend with a nice hotel for 2 weeks but ended up in severe embarrassment. ROOMS 1/ Bed and pillows are cheap and extremely hard so we basically didn’t sleep well the entire stay. Both our backs and necks now hurt. 2/ Water is constantly coming out from drains holes on the bathroom floor so the bathroom floor was always wet during our entire stay. (See uploaded photo) 3/ Walls and door will let you hear anyone outside like if the door was open, so don’t expect to sleep in, ). 4/ Towels would strongly smell cold cigarettes all the time ! I believe an employee takes his cigarettes brakes in the laundry area… 5/ power cuts very often in the mornings (means no AC, no nothing) 6/ bathroom locker is so cheap and bad it would block when you are not even in the bathroom. (Happens is all rooms frequently. Required maintenance to come twice to unmount the whole thing while we were waiting to access the bathroom). SERVICE This is from far the worst part but i won’t detail as i am limited in words. So much to say tho… BREAKFAST Very disappointing buffet. Everything is cheap. Cold eggs in a stove 2 days in a row, we decided not to have our breakfast there anymore. GOOD POINTS - View is amazing (if your room is high) - Location is excellent - upper pool is beautiful

Regarding your comments we would like to mention: 1. Our beds are exclusively made for hotel rooms from one of the best companies in Greece and the mattresses completely cover the guest needs. As a matter of fact, we receive very good comments from our customers regarding their sleeping experience. 2. Regarding the water which was coming out from drain holes as you mentioned we would have appreciated to hear this during your stay with us since we have technicians available 24/7 who could have been given a chance to fix any problem with the shower immediately. However, you never ask from our reception for this problem to be fixed. Please be informed that we have implemented a very detailed maintenance schedule in order to attend to any issues arising in our rooms. 3. With regards to the noise please note that our hotel has soundproof walls and is not possible to hear other guests from the other rooms. Regarding the noise from outside we would like to inform you that as a busy hotel during a busy summer is very normal sometimes to hear people walking around or having conversations etc. Moreover, we would be very glad to hear these comments again during your stay in order to act immediately and offer you a change to a quieter room. 4. Following your comments about the smell of smoke on the towels and that you assume that an employee take cigarettes breaks in the laundry area is untenable and offensive. Please note that according to the Greek law, smoking is prohibited in our hotel's rooms and premises, our employees are following all the restrictions and that is the first time that a guest complains about something like that. 5. In accordance with your remark for the often-power cuts off please note that was happened just once for 3 hours on the 29th of July due to a problem with the electricity company on Naxos Island, and it was programmed to be done. We have informed all the guests of the hotel on time because is truly our aim to ensure every guest has an excellent and safe experience in our property. Also, another one happened on your date of departure for 20 minutes and please be informed the power cut-off again was in the whole island. 6. According to your comments for the door locker in the bathroom I have been informed from our technician that the problem was resolved immediately, and we will really appreciate to let us know how is possible for you to know that the problem with the door lockers happens frequently in all the rooms, in order to investigate it further and give us the chance to fix the problem if you know something more that we do not. 7. We would also like to address your feedback regarding the breakfast. Our hotel constantly tries to improve the variety, as well as the quality of the served dishes and provided products, to exceed our guests’ expectations. Our br

Tres bel établissement. Un accueil parfait avec voiturier et bagagiste. La réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous présenter les endroits à visiter sur l île. 2 piscines à l eau de mer. Un barman sympathique au bar de la piscine. Bref un séjours parfait.

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. The service, food and drinks by the pool and in the restaurant are great. The accommodation is clean and in good condition - with gorgeous views of Mylopotas Beach. We had a lovely stay at Ios Palace. At check-in they kindly upgraded us to a new part of the hotel. Which we discovered later is under same management, but will actually be separate hotel ‘Ios Grande’ Anyway it was lovely with own pool and terrace with amazing view. Service was great and we had a super time.

Upon arriving, we were helped with our bags and given a welcome refreshment, which was so lovely, especially after a long travel. We arrived before check-in time (two hours prior), and so we waited by the pool with our drinks, which was an amazing and breathtaking view. However, we had assumed that someone would come to get us when our rooms were ready, but no one did. Ten minutes before our check-in time, we decided to go and ask. The very nice receptionist said she would check. She looked at her computer and announced that it was in fact ready. We wished that someone would have gotten us as we waited quite a long time. But we assumed they must have been busy. The view from our room was beautiful, but the room itself was very basic. For the price that you are paying, we had expected something a little more, but the view and the pool were gorgeous. Again, at this hotel, you are mostly paying for location more than anything else. Our first night, we had no hot water as well. But once my husband spoke to the receptionist, they sent someone right away. The hot water was back twenty minutes later. That was nice, especially since it was approx. 11pm when this happened. Great service on that front! The breakfast was awesome too! So much to choose from! We were very happy with it! We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat but would not pay the same we had paid this time around. If it was a little cheaper, a definite recommendation! But again, the location was perfect – right o

The most beautiful hotel in Ios. Staff is incredible, the views are breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Breakfast is delivered to the room pool side. 10/10 recommended.

The best hotel we have ever stayed! The two pools are lovely and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was great. The rooms could do with a bit more furniture (no chair or mirror so made it difficult to get ready)

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon & we LOVED it. From the hotel arranging our transportation from the port, to upgrading our room at check-in, to the amazing service they provided, we cant say enough good things about this hotel. In addition to all this, the hotel was stunning, our room had an incredible view, the pools were stunning & you had option of two pools. The breakfast buffets was amazing and had plenty of options. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay and plan to go back. Our room was great but it was the staff that really made the experience—that and the incredible turquoise ocean just outside. When we said we loved fresh fish, staff made a reservation at Drakos, a walk along the beach, which was amazing. We went back the next night too, for the best fish soup we’ve had in Greece. If you have limited mobility, be sure to mention it in your reservation—our room was on the 7th level, up 2 elevators and multiple short flights of stairs. Our balcony was very private, overlooking the ocean, but it was a trek. Basically, we loved Ios and the hotel and plan to return with family.

Ios Palace had the friendliest, most accommodating staff. Even before our rooms were ready, they allowed us to relax at the pool and begin enjoying our time there. My stay at Ios Palace was absolutely amazing. While it is a beautiful, clean hotel in a convenient location, what stood out for me most was the staff. They were always extremely kind, accommodating and helpful, from before our stay and the entire time throughout. They were easily accessible at any hour and truly made our stay an incredible experience.

Pristine with gorgeous views! The staff here could not have been more accommodating. I am a little on the older out of shape side of the fence and my room was up on top. The view from up there could not be beat but the climb a bit strenuous for me. They gladly moved me to a lower level as soon as they were able.

Amazing views and the staff were very warm and welcoming. However, the shower leaked all over the floor as if by design and would make me think twice about staying here again.

Romantic stay in paradise
Incredible property, rooms are spread through many tiers up a hillside adding privacy and spectacular views. Beautiful pool and bar area, included breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend

Didn’t want to leave
Our free mini shuttle bus driver met us at the ferry port. Check in was easy. Lovely refreshing welcome drink given while we waited a short time for our room to be ready. Our room overlooked the pool and the beautiful sea. Such an amazing view. The room was very clean but very minimalistic There is very little in the room. A TV which we didn’t use, Two very small built in tables and one plastic chair. The patio had a table and 2 cane chairs. We had a wonderful stay here and would definetly come back if we had the chance. You need to be aware of 2 things. The queen bed is up against a wall on one side so my husband had to crawl down to the end of the bed to get out. There are no side tables. If you use the over head shower, the water floods the floor, so we just used the hand held shower head to prevent that. The breakfasts were wonderful. Plenty to choose from and a delightful outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the morning. The staff are very professional, neat and tidy and respectful. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The water is clean and clear. We loved our 4 day stay here.

Liked location next to the beach. Felt wierd that no one was working during the night for such an expensive property.
