The villa is completely standalone with its own front private garden, BBQ, seating area, and poolâthese are not shared with any other guests. Nearby, there is the ownerâs house, which is fully separated, as well as another Airbnb property, but each house is independent and private.

Maximum Occupancy: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit 6 person, which must be strictly adhered to. Exceeding the stated number of guests without prior arrangement is not permitted.
Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the villa to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Security and Valuables: While every effort has been made to provide a secure environment, please ensure that you lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.
