She was so helpful from the time I spoke with her on the phone, check in, to check out and friendly. Both airport shuttle driver were also friendly and drove safely. Best choice for airport convenience. Great location. »

« Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Air Conditioning quit working in the middle of night. Elevator gave us a scary jolt as we hit the bottom floor. »

« The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion. »
