« This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. When we arrived our rooms were not what we had expected, but after speaking to the front desk...they went above and beyond to make accommodations much better for us. « Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits. »

« The employees were very nice at the desk. The rooms were clean and they came with fresh towels and took the dirty ones and made the bed took the trash out. Very nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast was good every morning the staff that took care of Breakfast was very nice. The pools are great each pool has a hot tub and a toddler pool. The inside pool is 24 hours. The do have a bounce spot for kids to jump on. I do recommend this hotel. »
