They did not clean rooms during our stay and we had to ask for clean towel. Got up on Sunday morning (5:30am) and had NO hot water The worst was someone had left their dogs unattended in their room and was barking every time someone walked by that room...........and when we walked by it smelled like they had pooped in the room!!!.

No parking for pickups pulling trailers. The boiler was out so now hot water for showers. The room was clean. Stingy on blankets and only 2 bath towels.

The place is in a good location cause its right downtown, by a ton of good food. The place itself is very dirty and the staff clearly do not care. There are these awful thin metal sheets that line the bottom of the beds to keep your stuff from going under the bed. Theyre really easy to bump/kick and theyre so so so so loud when you do. The bathtub drain was full of hair and gunk so it drained slowly, there wasnt a plug if you wanted a bath. With how filthy the toilet was when i arrived it certainly set me on edge the whole time wondering how filthy the rest of the place is. I had only oicked this place cause it was downtown and dog friendly but I think I'd look harder for next time and stay elsewhere.

Rooms were freshly painted. No hot water. End table was all sticky from previous guest. Used bar of soap in shower. Other than that room was clean, bed was comfortable!

I have no complaints other than they did not have some sort of breakfasts. They said they were working on the area, and it would be open soon. It appears that these people just took it over and were in the process of a remodel.

Vagrants walking in and being asked to leave while I was checking in. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. Room was very clean. And I stayed even though we we’re not sure our car would be safe overnight.

This was the worse place I’ve ever experienced. I booked a room online than when I got to the hotel they expected me to pay for the room again as I was a bit late than expected. So never will I ever in my life book a room at this location.

This property is VERY MUCH improved over how it was just a couple of years ago. Really hoping that downtown Great Falls will come to life. It was dead on a Friday night with very limited food options in walking distance.

Room needs lots of attention. Light not working above sink, bath tub valve needs updating, as does the bath tub. They only provide a sheet and light blanket so we were cold. Bed frame made of tin and very noisy. Floor dirty behind chair. Patches on wall need paint. Parkade was junky and leaking. Elevator was old and tiny. All in all, you get what you pay for! $75 U.S.

This property is very outdated, rm was dirty, a/c heating unit was very loud even on low setting. Found a big fake eyelash in the towels not folded neatly, emty toilet paper roll, sink faucet was not properly attached. The night clerk although was very polite and attentive, the only postive of this whole experience. Will not stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The staff where amazing but when we got to the room .. we didn't have batteries for our remote, the light bulb was missing from the lamp and the room needs an upgrade. The staff where the best part.

The pool is outdoors and it never stayed that at all in the listing. When in room, the towel, facecloth and bath mat all have rust on them and need replaced. There is white substance(hoping it’s styrofoam) on the dresser/tv stand.

Thank you of course for your review, yes, we have an outdoor pool that will be open in June for the summer. Also we are putting in new TV's and the Styrofoam pieces have plagued housekeeping but should have been picked up. not sure about the rust you are referring too as nothing was reported to laundry having rust stains. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again in the future. As always if there is ever a deficiency in your room, please report it immediately to the front desk staff so we have the opportunity to remediate the situation right away.

I am going to give them kudos for upgrading the property, however the room I stayed in had a loose faucet. There is very limited dining in the area, and no convenience store type places close by. However, the staff are great.

Price was not bad. On arrival we found garbage in the drawers of dresser and night stand and around bed. Candy, chips and wrappers in drawers as well as cigarette butts in the heating/cooling register. Reported immediately to desk and thought was goingvto be cleaned while we went out; was not. Too many dogs howling and barking all night; people yelling "shut up"!

The front staff wasn't unfriendly but also not friendly either. The hotel is old and somewhat outdated. It has been renovated so the rooms are quite nice, especially for the price. The doors and walls are very thin. You can hear people talking clearly in the hallway and other rooms. It snowed while we were there so we got to hear the backup siren of the plow all night (not the fault of the hotel obviously but just thin walls). Overall a decent hotel for the price and I did enjoy being downtown however some people may not enjoy it as much as there are homeless people in the vicinity. I will stay here again.

Front desk lady went to dinner as I'm entering property she closed the garage door that's on an incline and I just about crashed right through the door. She was also being very rude to some customers when we were checking in.

I stayed up until 6:00 am to eat complimentary breakfast. I called about an hour before that and was told breakfast is served starting at 6:00am Went down there a few minutes after 6 and was told by a worker guy that the breakfast area is closed for renovation. I definitely would not have stayed up for hours if I had known that there was not going to be any breakfast. I don’t know why the lady I called said that breakfast was being served when it actually wasn’t.🙁
