The only thing we didn’t care for was the elevator when you’re going up it makes some questionable sounds. And when you’re going down it kind of free falls.

Thank you for staying with us. We know our elevator is loud, but is perfectly safe and inspected regularly. It is also on a jack the goes up and down, so no cables for the free fall effect. All is well, but we understand your concern, and sorry it worried you. Safe travels and we hope to see you again in the future.....ground floor!

Cold air blew down on you during the breakfast buffet. The eggs were cold and condiments poorly organized. Butter was far away from the bread products.

We keep it at 70 degrees, probably cold for some, to warm for others. We will take your suggestions under consideration, and visit with other guests to see if we get the same outcome on their feedback. We are sorry about the hot tub not being completed with the renovation, but are happy we could re open the pool and gym. Unfortunately, the new pumps are not working and it may be down awhile. We hope you did swim in our beautiful salt water pool, it is 84-86 degrees. Thank you for staying with us. Hopefully on your next visit, it will be reopened.

Pool and hot tub was closed. Nothing on the site or when you book explains. Dirty towels left in the room. Tub looked like it hadn’t been rinsed out from the last person. For the amount of money I could have paid at a better hotel.

We are so sorry you only saw the pictures of our pool and missed the under renovation on the amenities page for the 3rd party you booked through. Our pool has been listed not available since august of 2023 for the timeline of our remodel. We look forward to it opening as well. We are sorry we missed the towel hanging behind the door, and are happy to know we had a housekeeper on duty to attend to your needs, our apologies. I phoned the property personally to change our booking and they were able to do so , understanding our situation regarding winter conditions! Our booking I tried to cancel for Feb 27th and was not able to do and Expedia could not get our money back however a personal call explaining the situation and she consented to not cancel but rebook next day! Very appreciate!

It was ok. Clean and beds were kind of uncomfortable. Could definitely use a refresh. Front staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were very limited in quantity and selection.

The shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes! Rooms were clean and updated. A great variety of healthy food for breakfast as well. This is my new place to stay when in Great Falls!
