« This was a great place to stay for a quick vacation. Close to DC and Georgetown, and super close to Great Falls for a hiking day. The premise was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as we had been traveling for work and needed to wash some clothes. »

« This was a nightmare.
To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park.
But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. At 4:43p, after several "updates", they said there was a phone number I could call, but as I had an important meeting at 4:45p, that I was supposed to be in...
