Not so much dirty, but old. Some of the rooms had the doors propped open, and you could see that there were rooms that weren’t had not been cleaned previously and some rooms didn’t have beds. This showed me a lack of ‘trying to keep up their image’. The Front office was cramped and even the soda machine required quarters versus debit cards. Overall feeling was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was 2 dry cereals and a couple of pastries in plastic wrappers. The room smelt like mold and the floor was lumpy. Bed matress had springs in it you could feel. The remodel looked like it was the cheapest option available. For being a "Wyndham" property, its no where near as nice as the Suoer 8. Days on used to be a respected chain and this property doesnt do it justice.

Water stains in the ceiling, holes in the curtains, office and hallways were so hot and humid because they didnt have any air on. Hole patches bad in the bathroom. There was a bad odor in the entire hotel including hotel rooms. Very dingy furniture. Overall not kepted up and not worth what we spent for the night at all.

The room suited our need to sleep and shower. It was clean. Our trip was to attend my uncle's funeral. Not my first choice to stay but with ball tournaments in town the hotel options were minimal

I couldn't understand the receptionist, and his customer service was horrible. I admit I was a little frustrated with the pet policy, because most places I have stayed only charge a deposit. I know my pets, they would not damage or potty in the room. Once I accepted their pet policy ($25 per pet) he got nasty, pushed my credit card and ID across the counter, said I was immature and told me to leave. Maybe I was a little frustrated. I even told him I had, had a bad day and just needed a room. My best friend had recently passed and I was on the way to her funeral. Any good customer service rep would have dealt with the situation a lot more professionally. And he was wrong to ask me to leave because he thought I was "immature". Really? maybe he needs to grow up and learn to deal better with difficult people. I did not swear or yell at him. I was frustrated and dealing with the loss of my friend. He needs a lesson in empathy....

We am so sorry for your loss. If you look in line it already shows 25 per day per pet policy. Problem was not that. I was in back room and I heard everything. When desk clerk told you about pet policy you said pet friendly hotel so I am not paying pet fee. After that you said I will pay pet fee but I will tell my dog to chew your carpet and that’s when he said I can’t rent you room. You can leave and go somewhere else. You had bed day I can understand people have bad days.

Stained sheets, shower head janky, horrible heater, smelled up the whole room. Had to sleep with windows open in 17 degree temps, breakfast was a package of 3 small gas station doughnuts, canceled my 2 rooms for the second night, no refund for one room. Lost $85 plus had to do a last minute reservation at another hotel so that cost me extra. Wish I could upload pics here.

We are very sorry for your experience. I went up there right after you checked out. I pushed on pop up and it drained right away.

We traveled here for a baseball tournament. 5 different families stayed at this hotel. 4/5 of the rooms had dead and/or alive bedbugs. In our room they were in the headboard. Luckily we all found this out before we actually stayed. We were able to checkout and get a full refund.

We are sorry that we did not met your expectation. We do have refrigerator in all rooms. Your room had refrigerator in cabinet under tv. If you did not it you should have asked front desk they can tell you. We do not have sofa in all rooms.

Stayed there 1 night and woke up covered in bed bugs. Called to tell the hotel and they got the biggest attitude with me and said they had someone in the same room last night and they haven’t complained yet so they don’t have bed bugs and then hung up on me. Pay the extra money to go else where.

We are very sorry for your experience. We did check room took whole bed apart to check everything. Did not find everything. When you were in hotel you did not even say anything. Not even in morning when you checked out. I did not hang up the phone . I was still on phone said hello couple times when you did not answer then I hung up.
