« Le chalet est très confortable par son design, son mobilier et son équipement. Nous étions trois et c’était parfait. Il est situé entre une réserve naturelle boisée et de grandes étendues herbeuses. Tous les jours, nous voyions circuler une dizaine de cerfs et de biches. Et nous étions voisins de trois moutons :-) Endroit parfait pour se reposer au cœur de la nature et pour circuler dans la magnifique région du Kent. »

« What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity »

« Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Farmgelände, so dass man ein bisschen ins Farmleben integriert ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich mit schönem Außenbereich, der Besitzer und Familienmitglieder sehr nett. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Wadhurst, es ist sehr ruhig. »

« A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by. »

« Great place for a family seeking a quiet location. We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended! »

« Our second visit to Greens Cottages as close to our daughter in Sittingbourne. Good dog walks, great pub. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Nice welcome pack - butter/ milk/ tea/ coffee/ juice and a loaf of sourdough the next day. Salt, pepper, olive oil , loo paper. So you don’t need to bring with you. »

« The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is. »

« Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

« We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. « The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it! »

« Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us. »

« Although staff was friendly, there's supposed to be someone at the front desk 24/7 and there was not. We had to come back multiple times to ask things during our stay and there was nobody at the front. We paid for late check out but our cards were deactivated when we came back from our brunch and the wifi stopped working also »

« Beau petit studio. Très propre et moderne. Le seul problème est que je n’ai jamais été capable de faire fonctionner l’air climatisé. J’ai donc ouvert les fenêtres pour faire de l’air. C’était extrêmement bruyant à l’extérieur, ce qui nous a empêché de bien dormir. »

« Nous avons adoré la proximité d'une station de métro; 2 minutes à pied, 15 minutes de la tour de Londres et du Tower Bridge. Le lit très confortable, fantastique douche et beaucoup de rangement, dont un grand placard pour ranger les valises et plusieurs étagères murales dans la salle de bain tellement pratiques pour conserver la vanité dégagée. Un bonus pour moi: un nutribullet fourni dans la cuisine pour se faire des smoothies! Tout a été pensé! Si nous retournons à Londres, nous retournerons...
