« Great hotel in the town »

« The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise...

« We rented this property due to its close proximity to The Ark. It is within easy walking distance to all downtown shops, etc. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay there again. »

« This was a beautiful little apartment! I loved the design, and the delicious coffee that was provided. My only note was that it was VERY loud outside the room late at night, being in the heart of the college district. While I believe this was noted in the listing, I didn't realize quite how loud it would be! I purchased some ear plugs for my second night and slept really well on the very comfortable bed... so would just strongly recommend those ear plugs! »

« This was a wonderful location to spend a few days in Ann Arbor. I was there for a conference that was being held in the Student Union at the university. It was perfectly situated in an area with everything you could possibly need from retail to wonderful restaurants to quaint shops. My only caution would be that there is a very steep stairwell to access the residence. This wasn’t a problem but could be an issue if you are traveling with someone that has mobility challenges.
