Amazing as always!
I can’t emphasize enough how amazing Mike is as a host when our group is in town every year. The property was in pristine condition when we arrived, both inside the house and around the property. This was my third time renting with Mike and I look forward to many more annual stays at his property in the future. If you are planning a family getaway to Hershey, I highly recommend this property for your stay, you will not be disappointed! Mike, you made our time in Hershey for our reunion unbelievably comfortable and on behalf of all the guys from c/o 93, thank you and we look forward to seeing and staying at your property again next year!!!

Staying near hershey, this is a fine choice. Big kitchen and ample common areas. Awesome, private outdoor space should the weather be pleasant. Great communications with the owner, very accommodating. Sleeping arrangements were as advertised, but be aware that pillows aren't plentiful and beds are quite rigid. If you plan for that, you can make this an ideal stay. Overall, we'd stay again.

Outstanding place to stay!!
We stayed for a few days while we went to Hershey park. Its super close and a very easy drive. Its on a very quiet road, hardly any traffic. Mike was a wonderful host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything in the house. There is no need to pack anything besides your clothes. He provides everything, from everything in the kitchen to more than enough big fluffy towels The house is huge and so inviting. Its absolutely spotless! The yard it totally fenced in which would be great if you're traveling with kids. Theres a beautiful patio with a grill and fire pit. I wish we stayed a few more days so we could enjoy everything. He has beautiful flowers in the yard which were so nice to look at while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning on the patio. And very far in the distance there was a rooster crowing in the morning which just added to the experience . I would recommend staying here to everyone . When we go to Hershey again, which we plan on doing, I would work around what dates we go to when mikes place was available . Thanks mike for being a wonderful host!

Comfy place near Hershey and other spots
Mike is a great host. The property has a lot of charm and is very comfy. While the place is not super bright (this is advantageous during summer), the pics make it appear darker than it is. It’s a very nice place. The window unit a/c’s cool the whole house well during hot PA summer days and nights. Mike provided us a back way to Hersheypark that was very quick (10-12 min). We took a lovely ride through state game lands and hills as well, and found a great big park for kids not 1/2 mile from property.

Long weekend getaway to Hershey
We had a wonderful stay in this property. Our host took the time to meet with us and walk us through the property, which was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed our scenic surroundings just a 10 min ride from all of the Hershey attractions.

Mike is a great host. Met us and showed us where items were that we would need. He made recommendations for dinner and was spot on and we went there twice. The fenced in yard is alive with flowers and trees (love the HUGE Sunflowers) and garden momentos. The sitting area outside has a fire pit, a good size grill and plenty of sitting. Great for young kids and teenagers to play in. House is great. 6 of us had plenty of rooms. The towels Mike left were huge and nicer than what we have at home. If we are ever this way again Mike's place would be the only choice for us. The value, the cleaniness the attention - could not ask for more. I would say best place we have stayed at for any VBRO rentals. Thanks Mike.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's farmhouse. The yard was very spacious and pretty and the house was really cool, unique and clean! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to be comfortable. Very convenient to Hershey Park but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Perfect Getaway
We came down for a lacrosse tournament in the area and spent two nights at Mike’s amazing property. From the get go Mike was an amazing host, from the changing our booking when I booked the wrong weekend to communicating prior to the trip to meeting us as the front gate everything went smoothly. The house itself was perfect, very clean, plenty of room, nice old farm house feel. The yard area was just what we needed to unwind after a day of lacrosse, we grilled, played horse shoes, listened to music and just hung out. Aside from lacrosse if ever I’m back in the Hershey area I’ll definitely be checking in to see if Mike’s place is available.

Great Stay!
My family stayed here for four nights. We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed having a full kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. We also bought some firewood and used the firepit to roast marshmallows. Lots of privacy. We would stay here again on our next visit.

A cozy house for our trip to Hershey
Our family rented this house for a two day trip to Hershey. It was close to the park, cheaper and more cozy than a hotel. We cooked breakfast and dinner, rather than eating out every meal. It worked out well for us, thank you.

We stayed at Mike’s place when we visited Hershey Park. It was very nice having two bathrooms. Rooms were big for how old the house was. My only negative comments is the listing states Queen beds in two rooms and they were actually full sized beds and very hard. I recommend staying here if you are visiting in the area.

Fantastic experience!
I wanted to do something different from the usual stay in a traditional hotel. There were 4 of us, including myself, my teenage twins, and a friend of mine. Given the four of us, I was looking for a place that offered a good amount of space and separate bedrooms for all. This house was PERFECT!! Mike was a fabulous host, providing written details about the property and giving any important information. The place was super spacious and clean. It provided the best possible experience. We wanted for nothing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the grill were all possible, saving a good amount of money on eating out. Would highly recommend, and wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!!

Very nice location
There were five of us at the property the size was spacious for us and the house is lovely. The only thing that was misleading is in 2 bedrooms the beds were advertised as queen size but actually they were full size. The design of the house is dated I do understand it is a farmhouse but I think some of the pictures and the color choices could have been brighter I would rent the same property again. I really do love the fact that it was close to Hershey Park and other attractions along with shopping areas as well.

Don’t go by reviews on this one!!
This property was by far the worst property that we have stayed at in all of our years of travel. The house is very old and outdated. When booking the property, we expected an old home, with a Home Sweet Home ‘granny decor’. What we got was a piece milled/70s frat house vibe. There is a long walk from the driveway to the door, you have to park behind a fence to get into property. When we opened the door, it reeked of cat litter box. Kitchen was pretty clean. Appliances are extremely old, window ac’s with the exception of 2 are pretty dated as well. First morning, we preheated range to 375 (turn knob for oven, not digital), the lights would blink on and off, started on broil, then would turn off, we would reset temperature and it would continue this….so what should have taken preheat time and 13 minutes to cook cinnamon buns took over 1 hour. We got a coke out of the fridge, it was cool, not cold….the thermostat was set on the highest setting, called the owner…he was very argumentative that nothing was wrong and that stove and refrigerator were both fine. Day 2….I took a short lukewarm shower at 9am, 11am my niece got into shower the water was freezing. Again called the owner, first thing said was someone must have used all of the hot water, explained that one shower had been taken over 2 hours ago….he wanted to argue again, he then went to the basement that we had no access to, because it locked, came and argued with us some more that we used all of the water, I asked him 3 times to leave the property, he did, and then came back into the home without knocking, went back to the basement and all of a sudden we had water again. We had explained that the morning prior; we had water for 6 showers without any issues. I would advise that if you are a female to traveling without a male, not to do it. As he is very short tempered. I didn’t even call to report that the floor moved in the kitchen and that the washer was filthy inside. If I could give this house and owner a zero star rating I would!!!

House was very clean. It is a old farmhouse. I’m from the country so I felt right at home. If anyone is used to a modern house this would be my only concern. Rough cut lumber and steep stairs.

Perfect for a Hershey Park Visit
The property has a very close proximity to Hershey. Mike was very helpful and informative in giving us the information we needed to visit Hershey. The house was spacious and offered plenty of room for four of us. There were plenty of amenities including an outdoor grill. I would say the beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d like they were very firm. There were plenty of beds to meet everyone’s needs so it was fine. Overall this was a very pleasant stay with a very helpful host.

Very nice!
Pics don't do the house justice and I might have passed this place up if not for previous reviews which stated the same thing and that the place was really clean. So I am here to reiterate the same thing for future travelers. We stayed 2 days and 3 nights with our 2 adult children and their spouses. Plenty of space. The place was clean and cute. We really appreciated the gas grill and the firepit since we spent most of the weekend at the house just visiting.

Lovely stay!
Absolutely charming farm house conveniently located to all Hershey attractions. My 2 and 4 year old loved exploring the contained yard. Great set up for families, especially the space outside, complete with a covered grill and horseshoe pits. I would recommend this property and would love to come back some day!

When I contacted the owner and asked about wheelchair accessibility, Mike told me there was one step to get inside and he measured all the doorways to make sure the chair would fit everywhere. ( all bedrooms are upstairs, so she slept on the couch) I was very impressed with his willingness to help us out. The house is great and is close to everything. Mike met us at the house and gave us a tour. Enjoyed the outdoor area and love that there is a washer and dryer. Everything you need is supplied. House is ver clean. Air conditioner in ever room!!! So nice to have a whole house for less than the price of a hotel. Also got plenty of information from him for everything in the area. Had a great stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful stay
The process to rent was easy and accurate of the property. The location was beautiful because Hershey park is only about a 10 minute drive. The house was and old style home but with modern updates, we loved it!! Property inside and out well maintained and clean. Property manager left all details need to make our weekend more enjoyable. I would have love to meet him in person! Overall: The place was absolutely more than I expected and we plan on renting it again very soon. Thank you again Mr. M for a wonderful pleasant stay.

Beautiful farm home
This place is beautiful! Charming home that has plenty of room. The house is surrounded with love from the inside out. Mike was awesome! He went way above and beyond what was required of him.
