"Malgré un accueil froid, impersonnel et plutôt désagréable, je garde un excellent souvenir de notre séjour de trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville : une station de métro se trouve à proximité immédiate et de nombreux points d’intérêt sont accessibles à pied. Notre suite au 16e étage était spacieuse, très bien aménagée et offrait une belle vue. Le canapé-lit pour mon fils était préparé à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Dommage que son matelas ait été peu confortable. En revanche, le lit principal était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner était de qualité, varié et très bien géré. Malgré la taille de l’établissement, nous avons eu peu d’attente et le buffet était toujours bien approvisionné. Le personnel de la salle était d'ailleurs très agréable et serviable. La piscine intérieure est de bonne taille dommage que l’eau était un peu trop fraîche à mon goût. Enfin, la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter."
