« Lovely little hotel based on a farm, in a very quiet area. The room itself looked like a older more traditional style room with a lot of wood based furniture, the shower room was more modern and honestly puts some mainstream hotels to shame, excellent shower and the water pressure was amazing. The walls were relatively soundproof, you can faintly hear someone watching tv in the other room if you really concentrated, so all good there. The only downside in the shower room was there was no room...

« The apartment was amazing. Right in the heart of manchester. There was plenty of space and the beds were really comfy. Jennie the owner was so friendly and was always there to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again »

« The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door. »

« The room was clean and nice. But the arrangements to gain access to the property were complicated and took several attempts. Also, it’s been almost impossible to get a VAT receipt from the booking agent after several emails. »

« Property was clean and room was comfortable. The food was lovely but let down by a cold reception on arrival. The only person who smiled or showed any ‘ friendliness’ was a young girl serving behind the bar. Such a shame. »

« Decent place in a calm neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Got the key via telephone advice of the owner and that worked without a hitch. The room was cleaned, sheets were changed and dishes done every day, which was nice. Can recommend without hesitation. »
