« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. « We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. « Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience. »
