This home is professionally cleaned for your arrival. The kitchen will have a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven with a full-size coffee maker, Keurig, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, silverware - plus some spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergents to get you started! Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, and toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Sweet Hospitality!

Wonderful management company! Welcoming and responsive hosts. Home was clean, well located and better than expected - we loved the quirky art and comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed and a touch more. A lovely stay, I wish more management companies & hosts were like these guys. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and beautiful stay! Photos are exactly what the property looks like in person. Quiet neighborhood, great communication between host. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The property was very nice and comfortable. Our only problem was that the property listed for $184 per night but by the time all the fees and taxes were added in the per night cost was $333 per night. Consequently we would not rent the property again even though it was very nice.

Very impressed...

This was a really well equipped and very comfortable property, just right for our family and pupper. Garage access was secure and convenient (small garage, but it fit our Ford Explorer fine. Nothing much larger would fit). Laundry room was stocked and had a doggy gate. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Extra thoughtful items throughout, ie a cooler, fans, dog bowls/beds, keurig, toiletries, welcome basket, alexa, and plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The back yard was clean, fully fenced (even for little pups), and shaded in the evenings. Faux turf, grill, firepit, and hammock all were great. Balcony was nice in the mornings. Location was quiet, safe and conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of nearly everything. Great dog walking neighborhood. Room for improvement was minimal, but a few things to note: main bedroom needs a shade on center window, and all bedrooms could use blackout curtains. Very bright in the AM, bring your eye masks. No shades on house front windows lacks privacy and heats up the place. The AC struggles to maintain a decent temp, but we managed to get it down around 70°. Also, the listing should be updated as there is no longer a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping outside bedrooms, just a futon sofa upstairs in the hall (but the new LR sofa is very cozy!). Overall, highly recommend!

Felt at home

This place was exactly as it seems in the photos. We stayed for about a week and worked remotely. One person from the primary bedroom and the other from the dining room and it worked great. Our two dogs loved the fenced in yard and it’s in a very walkable neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms are set up so you’ll be able to quickly find and have all your basics. If we find ourselves in Grand Junction again, I’ll certainly rent again.

The property was very nice and clean. We were reluctant at first because the property allows dog's. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and dog hair Free the property was! The showers and beds awesome! The open concept was great well appointed home! We definitely will be back!
