« Hello, We stayed at your hotel this past weekend during graduation festivities, which I understand is a very busy time. It has been a couple of years since our last stay, and we noticed that the property is beginning to show its age and may be due for some updates. « When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. »
