« The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

« Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins. The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM. »
