Frustrating!!! we received an email asking us to do an online check-in, so we did. We mentioned that we had pets and that we would like an early check in if available. We also gave our credit card to confirm, even though we had already done this when we made the reservation. We arrived at 12:30 aware this is an early check-in, but when asked if there was anything available at this time, the girl at the desk just looked at the clock and said, âno thereâs nothing available, I mean check out was just 20 minutes ago.â I told her I realized that and room available or were you sold out last night? She just said they might have something in an hour. She didnât check the computer, she didnât ask her name, just unhelpful and uncaring. So, we were directed to a restaurant that would allow dogs, but we went and saw the coal ovens (pretty cool).
One we got back to the hotel to check in it was 2 oâclock. The same girl at the desk seemed aggravated. The guest before us was just frustrated when she asked him for information that he explained he already gave online. She told him that thatâs not something we really do or use. WHAT? Anyway, we went through the same thing, having us fill out information we had already given. Then when we asked for our first floor because we had dogs, she was even more aggravated and made us fill out a bunch of forms, which is fine, but itâs just the way she did it We got our room.
Itâs an average room.
