« The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. « Cute little farm decor room with a fun playground for the little ones. Our one-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed the playground with help. The place was clean, other than some hard water buildup issues with the showerhead and a pillowcase with either a stain or unwashed spot. We enjoyed our stay overall. Nice little vacation rental. »

« rooms were clean and comfy...all had on suite bathrooms with 2 rooms sharing a bath. All enjoyed pool and spa. was a great place for a gathering...very nicely appointed.would highly recommend.. with the additional guest cottages on the property, it would be great a perfect spot for large family gatherings. »

« This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way. »

« All went well. Only turn off was ants were killed with spay inside the front door and never cleaned up and thrown away. »

« Our stay was great. We went to Crater Lake NP for the day. About an hour away from the trail further from us. The house and all the extras (lotion, condiments, bottle water, etc) were such a nice place to relax. For sure, we would stay again. »

« We had a wonderful time. Great, peaceful location, close enough to Bryce Canyon, but away from the crowds. Enjoyed seeing deer, a red fox and hawks in the big grass field, beside our own greeting party of alpacas and goats. Nicki, the farm dog, was a treat to play with. Super friendly community members. We rented a side by side for a day of 4 wheeling in the beautiful foothills. Thanks, Neilsen family for sharing with us. »
