Gorgeous 5 bedroom home with a Hot Tub and a Pool Table near Granby Ranch, is perfect for a weekend getaway or a family vacation. The home is centrally located and is close to all of our major attractions including Ski Granby Ranch, Winter Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby, Lake Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake.

The location of this home gives you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Granby Ranch, golfing at Grand Elk Golf Course, boating on Lake Granby, hiking hundreds of miles of trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and fly fishing on Fraser River. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances in Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

- Trailers, campers, RV's, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
- ATV's, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
- No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
- Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
- Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted

Easy check in with host, really enjoyed the house and the views of the mountains. Host warned us about fires burning and we could smell smoke one morning and there was lots of haze. Wonderful location. Big house with lots of room for all of us and liked the openness of it. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Amazing Location, Great Amenities – Just a Heads-Up on the Hot Tub

This house is in a fantastic location, especially if you're planning to ski at Granby Ranch—super convenient and easy access to the slopes! The home itself was well-equipped with everything we needed and more, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our only note for future guests is that the hot tub faces the road and doesn’t offer much privacy. If you're hoping for a secluded soak, this is something to consider. That said, the house was otherwise perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Dirty when we checked in

Pros:LocationSpaciousCons:Filthy. There was human hairs in several of the beds (which resulted in us spending most of our 1st day doing the laundry that should have been done before we checked in) and showers. The floors did not looked vacuumed. The pantry cabinets were disgusting. When we asked about a refund of the cleaning fee, we were told that we were being "nitpicky". Overall, the cleanliness of the house was extremely disappointing.

Wonderful stay!

The inside of the house is beautifully decorated. The views are gorgeous. In fact during our 3 days, we saw a family of 3 deer come right across the street from us, and a white-tailed fox too. The house could use a binder with the rules and info on the house to refer to. We did love our stay!

Incredible ski weekend

This home is absolutely incredible and fit 13 adults very comfortably. The home was clean and easy to get into. Kitchen was stocked with necessities and the hot tub and pool table were awesome amenities. Would 100% stay here again, we all felt extremely welcome and comfortable!

We liked the location’s proximity to our activities, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after. It was great having room for two cars in the garage. We actually hung out a lot and enjoyed the fireplace, too. Nice family spot!

Amazing Winter Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Granby Ranch. This house was perfect for our multi-family (10 people) vacation with plenty of space for everyone! Short drive to the slopes with an amazing hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. Perfect location for enjoying all the winter activities (snowmobiling, tubing, sledding, hiking, etc)!

Perfect ski weekend

This home was perfect for our ski weekend. Location was perfect, just a few minutes down the road from Granby Ranch. We had 6 adults and 5 kids with my parents and brothers family and we all slept very comfortably. We already decided that we would stay here again next year.
