Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved the hot tub. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiry! Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking breakfast lunch and dinner a breeze. Would 100% recommend for any family gathering!! »

« Clean but no A/C »

« This spot is an incredible find. It’s immaculate. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Owners are great communicators. Everything has clear instructions. It is beside the railroad but at least for us, railroad traffic stopped at 10p and started at 6a… so we got 8 hours of sleep uninterrupted. »

« Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a...
