Other Things to Note:
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules outlined below. You also accept responsibility for any fines or fees imposed by the HOA resulting from violations during your stay:
▶ Please remove your shoes in the mudroom upon entering the home.
▶ Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours .All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight. ATV’s, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off-road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
▶ A 4-wheel drive/All-wheel drive vehicle is strictly required to access the property in the Winter. Please do not park inside the garage. The stairs to the deck can get icy in the winter; please be aware and use them at your own risk.
▶ Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
▶ If you use the BBQ grill on the deck, you must clean it before you check out. If the cleaning company has to clean the grill, you will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. (An extra propane tank is stored in the garage if the primary one runs low).
▶ The thermostat in the basement controls the basement fireplace. It heats up fast and warms the basement quickly, so please keep an eye on it and adjust the thermostat accordingly.
▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. Maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 8 guests. The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: Trash can be found in garage.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
