The service was excellent. However, the bathroom consistently had a sewer smell and the air conditioner made a loud noise. Also our view from our balcony was graffiti.

Marta, welcomed us o. Our arrival at the front desk, she was very helpful explained all sorts of things about the city that we can go see and she gave us a wonderful large room upgrade since it was our 33 anniversary. All the staff very helpful in helping us to book tour and the breakfast was wonderful and not that expensive Again Marta was wonderful. Dr Caron Shake

Helpful friendly staff, scenic rooftop, nice breakfast. Room was too warm, fan and air conditioning not working well. However opened windows provided cool breeze. Need another luggage rack.

Como bien dices tenemos unas vistas muy bonitas y nuestro personal es muy atento e intenta ser lo mas servicial posible para que esteis como en casa que es lo mas importante para nosotros. This is a boutique hotel in a fairly quiet area. It is within walking distance of many sites of interest. The staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The decor is modern and the facilities are in very good condition.

Excellent place to stay. Only a bit of noise at nights but otherwise very pleasant personnel and good breakfast for reasonable price. We were very happy to stay at this boutique hotel and recommend to anyone who wants to come to Granada.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a room with a loft for my children, which they absolutely loved. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Best I could have imagined.
What a delightful hotel, fully up-to-date, yet in a historical building. Friendly staff that offered tourist and dining suggestions. Central location. Couldn't have been more pleased.
