« Trash and laundry was left in the hallway all day and night. We found bags of meat just outside on the sidewalk, it sat all day and night. Key cards would not work and finally the person at the front desk gave us the master key for that room and it only worked once and quit. The person at the front desk let us in with a key and told us he would resolve the issue and then left when his shift was over.
