Welcome to ”GothenburgVilla” that is located in a calm area close to Gothenburg center. A perfect place to gather the large family or group of friends for a reunion. Built in 1915 and since most areas has been renovated to modern standards while keeping its turn of the century charm. Large windows provides lots of natural light. Five minutes walk to a nature reserve with running tracks through the pristine forest. Well connected to public transport. Most of the space in this lovely classic “GothenburgVilla” is yours. The combined dining room / open kitchen on the first floor will let you accommodate the large family or the large group of friends. The living room with a large sofa on the second floor also makes it easy to socialise. There are five bedrooms, located on the second floor. The large master bedroom with a king size bed has windows facing east, south and west. The "kids bedroom" is accessed through the master bedroom and has a window facing west. Two east facing bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is tiny, west facing and features a only a double bed. There is also a separate small house in the garden with a king size bed. It is also possible to add two extra beds in the common areas. . Enjoy BBQs outside in the private garden behind the house. The nature reserve Safjället, only five minutes away by foot, provides running tracks that are lit up at night and an outdoor gym. Within walking distance there are also several prepared grill sites in the forest, some of these perched high up with fantastic views of the city - this is a must do! Please note that the first floor also contains another apartment with a separate entrance (this apartment does not share the garden behind the house)

- Master bedroom: one 180 cm bed (king size).
- The "kids bedroom" (is accessed through the master bedroom) one 120 cm bed (this room is locked unless requested).
- Bedroom 2: one 180 cm bed (king size)
- Bedroom 3: one 160 cm bed (queen size)
- Bedroom 4: one 140 cm bed (double)
- Separate small house in the garden: one 160 cm bed (queen size) This unit is available for bookings with at least 8 persons.
- There are also two foldable 80 cm (single) beds available.
- A foldable crib is available on request.
