Pros - The room was pretty clean and the water got hot eventually in the shower. Cons - The bed was broken and the neighbors were slamming the doors and fighting at 3am. Didn’t get much sleep.

Lumpy beds, very basic rooms. No tissues, no microwave, no refrigerator. Noisy, thin walls. Property looks like it hasn't been updated in years. Coffee not available until 7:30AM, after we left. Other Model 6th much earlier. Reserved deluxe double bed. Not available and got basic double bed. Worst Motel 6 we have stayed at. Not recommended.

The check in took over 30 minutes. The gentleman at the desk had language barrier and had to call a family member to help him. He kept forgetting what room numbers he was giving me. He was basically asking me what number, Anyways, it’s great for passing through but wouldn’t stay more than 1 night here.

Since the roads were closed, we had to stay somewhere for the night. Motel 6 was one of the few options still available. The staff was very helpful and even though there were many people needing rooms, they honored our reservation that was made online. Thank you, Motel 6, for being there for us. And, the room was updated and clean.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Not even worth saving your money coming here. There was no hot water (during a snow storm/and below freezing temperatures) and we had to find another place to stay, we had booked for 3 nights. We only stayed one night and found another place to stay. When trying to refund the last night we had. We literally argued with the old man at the service desk for about 40 minutes on Christmas Eve. He was hard to understand and I do not believe he could understand us fully well either. After going back and forth, the older man said we would get a call in the morning from the manager. I politely asked what time and he started raising his voice at me telling me they will call when they call and he doesn't know, which we decided to just leave right there to not escalate things anymore. We left extremely frustrated and when leaving the older man slammed the desk in frustration. The next morning on Christmas day, we showed up to get a refund before checkout time at 11 am. The older man was still there and we said we would get another call later today and still was no help at all. It is now the next day and we have received no call from the hotel at all. We paid 200 for 3 nights for 2 guests. Again there was no hot water during a blizzard and the service team was extremely rude and frustrating. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY TO STAY HERE.

It took an hour to check-in. Had to switch rooms three times. Ran over broken glass in driveway and have a flat tire.

Not bad for the price. We made it work.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. It was absolutely filthy under the beds and in the corners each place. The bed covers had cigarette burns in them. I can understand not having a refrigerator but a microwave would’ve been nice which we finally requested and got two days later. We stayed for nine days.

The first room we were given had a toilet full of crap, literally. The front desk person was very apologetic and switched our room. The second room had a door that seemed to not shut at the top (but did lock) and a stained bedspread.

The hotel is very outdated but clean. Front desk is friendly. Like many others posted, there was no hot water. When I went to check out at 6:30AM, although the open sign was lit, no one was around. I slid the room keys through the window box used for late hours.

The room itself was average. At first walk-in, we could hear a constant "thump" coming from the bathroom. At check, it was the shower dripping & wouldn't stop adjusting the faucet. I put a washcloth at the drain to muffle the sound. There was no hot water to take a shower, even letting it run for 4-5 minutes.

One of the worst motel stays I've ever had
I feel bad leaving this review because the guy at the desk was pretty nice, but this hotel had no hot water in my room. I left it running for over 15 minutes and it never even got warm. I had to take an ice cold shower. I've never experienced something like this in my life. If you read other reviews this is a common issue. There should be a massive sign on the front door that says NO HOT WATER and a discount. I'm not even sure it's legal to rent out a room without hot water. Just stay somewhere else.

Not even getting what i paid for
Had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Slow service at desk. 1st room had no heat on (it was 23 degrees outside) and no hot water. Second room had heat but still no hot water! Stayed only because we were tired. May never stay at a Motel 6 again.

The outside of this motel might be a bit off putting, and the main lobby even more so, however, the room here was great! Very modern up to date room. great quality for an unbeatable price! My son and I got a room with 2 queen beds and to our surprise we had an adjoined room with separate bedrooms, this was exciting- he had never seen anything like this. Overall our stay was a good one, there are no special amenities or anything to “do” at the motel, but Goodland has lots of fun things to see and experience, so it’s better to do your exploring in the town anyway!
