« They kept calling up to my room saying someone was complaining about the noise in my room when all I was doing is watching tv and on the phone then I had to check out early….it felt like people »

« King room was satisfactory, as was complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker uses their proprietary coffee pouches and is very small and was unable to use my own coffee geounds. A stabilizer bar in bathtub was completely loose and if someone needed it there could be an accident. Conveniently located near airport and retail. Overall satisfied but some tweaks by Baymont would earn another star. Staff was great. »

« Nice suites. Very quiet hotel. Really good location. Price was reasonable. Bed is comfortable however bed frame could be updated. Squeaks and cracks every time you move and it wakes you. Bathroom could benefit from extra attention to cleanliness.around the toilet at base of floor Lots of hair in bath and on bathroom floor. Windows need cleaning. »

« It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel: At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm...

« when i came to check in i was waiting for almost 10mins, along with 4 other people. i also stayed for two nights and housekeeping did not come in the room once to change the trash, or give new towels. besides that everything else was decent »
